AGS is looking for a dynamic person with excellent multi-tasking and interpersonal skills to fill the role of Account Executive for Custom Exhibits within a fast-growing trade show and events company. This specific role will be a Junior Level Account Executive that will focus on a small book of business and assist the Senior Account Executive on larger projects nationwide.
This person must be a self-starter, client focused and able to work well with multiple departments and teams. They should be able to effectively balance a client’s needs while managing strong budget and financial targets. Employees should be comfortable in a fast-paced and goal-oriented sales role as well.
This is a position which coordinates and participates in all aspects of the Exhibitor Custom display service process, including design, client order management, report distribution and project related service coordination. A team-oriented position: this individual will need to be able to support multiple exhibits projects over multiple events in the areas of customer engagement and cost management.
Primary Responsibilities
Exhibits Account Manager
- Act a primary point of contact and creative counterpart to Exhibitors assisting in design & build out of Custom Exhibits as part of a team working on AGS Display Solutions offering

Role:
The Chief Estimator is responsible for managing the Mission Critical Estimating team, including identifying bid opportunities, managing the bid process, delivery of bids, staff development, making cost adjustments and assigning estimating personnel and resources.
This position can be located in Boston, MA, or Herndon, VA.
Responsibilities:
Department and Staff Management:
- Assign Estimating team members to projects. Balance and manage time of staff.
- Lead bid strategies.
- Create estimating templates and tools to increase overall effectiveness of the department.
- Create monthly estimating reports to track estimating success.
- Create and track the Mission Critical Estimating budget.
- Perform strategic and business planning for the department.
- Attend executive staff meetings.

Unit Cost Pricing:
- Prepare detailed take off of materials by clearly understanding the complexity of the scope(s) of work as shown on the construction documents.
- Prepare detailed labor estimates utilizing production hours, crews and equipment.
- Organize the material and labor information for pricing.
- Solicit material prices from suppliers.
- Obtain current labor rates.
- Prepare unit prices by "Building the Project in your Head."
- Verify and compare your unit prices or the price of a system with a subcontractor and previous similar estimates.
- Review all unit pricing on projects prepared by the Estimator. Make changes as required.
- Understand the influence of market conditions on pricing.
- Track all current market conditions.
Bid Activities:
- Review or compile GC's with the Senior Estimator and review with senior management.
- Assure on time delivery of bids and estimates, reviewing final plans and specifications with the Estimating team.
- Review of subcontractor selection and scopes and subcontractor/trade close outs on bid day.
- Review scope sheets and pricing with Estimating team members, ensuring that trade summary ties into bid form.
- Close out the subcontractor bid process.
- Review plans and specs with the lead Estimator.
- Assist the lead Estimator in directing additional staff assignments on bid day.
- Manage bid day activities by ensuring completion of bid forms, managing the clock and trying to develop a competitive advantage.
- Follow up with the client regarding bid results.
- Make Subcontractor, A/E fees, overhead, and fee recommendations to upper management.
- Identify pre-construction fees for Suffolk, where applicable
Qualifications:

The Project Manager (PM) serves as the single point of contact and overall leader responsible for the successful delivery of assigned construction projects — from preconstruction through closeout. About the Role
We are seeking a skilled BIM Drafter to support our design and coordination efforts using advanced modeling and drafting tools. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office, with a preferred background in the electrical industry. Experience with the Evolve add-on and Trimble for Revit is a significant plus. This is a collaborative role working closely with the Preplanning team, project management, and field personnel.
What You Bring
The BIM Drafter participates in drafting efforts for 3D coordination and shop drawings for various electrical projects. The ideal BIM Drafter should be a self-starter, organized, and detail oriented to manage a high level of quality and service. Organizational skills, flexibility and critical thinking are necessary traits.
Role Responsibilities
- Produces shop drawings, cross-sections of underground, conduits and cables, as required for instructions to fabrication and installation crew.
- Perform verification and preparation of layout drawings to meet contract requirements.
- Reads architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical floor plans, section and elevations.
- Perform technical drafting support for assigned projects according to established standards and procedures.
- Prepare electrical drawings using primarily Revit software from verbal or written direction from BIM Detailer. AutoCad is used for some drawing deliverables.
- Review work to ensure accuracy and make corrections to work from red lines.
- Create as-Built drawings at conclusion of projects
Experience:
- 5+years in BIM drafting in the electrical industry

The role also involves monitoring project timelines, maintaining customer relationships, and addressing service-related concerns promptly and effectively.

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read plans, specs, and inspection reports
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (experience with CRM or roofing software preferred)
