As a Behavioral Health Care Advocate, you will be responsible for case management / care coordination of members on the SED and Autism Waivers. You'll have a direct impact on the lives of our members as you recommend and manage the appropriate level of care throughout the entire treatment plan.
Primary Responsibilities:
Make patient assessments and determining appropriate levels of care
Obtain information from providers on outpatient requests for treatment
Determine if additional clinical treatment sessions are needed
Manage inpatient and outpatient mental health cases throughout the entire treatment plan
Administer benefits and review treatment plans
Coordinate benefits and transitions between various areas of care
Identify ways to add value to treatment plans and consulting with facility staff or outpatient care providers on those ideas
Develop and monitor implementation of Person-Centered Service Plans
Collaborate with Community Mental Health Centers to ensure member's are receiving services and supports

Required Qualifications:
Licensed Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling; Licensed Ph.D., or Registered Nurse (with at least a Bachelor's degree) with 2+ years of experience in behavioral health
Active, unrestricted license in Kansas: LP, LPC, LCP, LCPC, LMSW, LSCSW, LMFT, LCMFT, or RN (with a Bachelor's Degree) in the state of Kansas
2+ years of post-license experience in a related mental health environment
Proven intermediate Microsoft skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Access to secure, high-speed internet (Broadband Cable, DSL, or Fiber) and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace at home
Access to reliable transportation and ability to travel within the service delivery area as needed (up to 50%)
Preferred Qualifications:
Dual diagnosis experience with mental health and substance abuse
Experience working in an environment that required coordination of benefits and utilization of multiple groups and resources for patients
Experience working with the Medicaid population
Experience working with children, adolescents, and their families

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor perforated pan and fluid bed coating equipment
- Prepare coating suspensions per batch records and SOPs
- Monitor spray rate, temperatures, pan speed, and atomization pressure
- Perform in-process checks for weight gain and visual quality
- Execute equipment cleaning, changeovers, and line clearance
- Troubleshoot coating defects and escalate deviations appropriately
About You
- Hands-on experience with tablet coating equipment in OSD manufacturing
- Strong understanding of coating chemistry and suspension prep
- Ability to troubleshoot defects like picking, sticking, or color variation
- Comfortable working with respirators and full PPE

This is an independent position that requires traveling to customers home to perform exterior pest control services.
Ability to manage a route, discuss service needs with customers and complete all service information on a tablet is necessary. No prior pest control experience is necessary, all candidates will be fully trained under NYS Apprentice Guidelines.

Their work requires that they assess the wounds, create and implement treatment plans, monitor infections and signs of various infections, and clean wounds. The nurses must also have advanced skills to assess symptoms of complex wounds. Wound care nurses will also educate other healthcare members in the area of proper wound care.
