We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to lead warehouse inventory operations in Chicopee, MA. This first-shift leadership role is responsible for driving accuracy, productivity, and team performance in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support inventory team to meet accuracy and productivity goals
• Oversee cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and damaged/vendor returns
• Ensure products are properly restocked and pick-ready
• Train and coach team members on inventory control processes
• Collaborate with leadership to meet daily goals and reporting requirements
• Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of supervisory experience (warehouse/distribution preferred)
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations
• Experience using scanners and WMS systems
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
• Must pass pre-employment screening and follow safety/PPE guidelines
