Position Summary

As Manager, Communications Design, you are managing the production and application of accurate and insightful consumer, cultural relevant, media and market intelligence to contribute to an impactful communications/media plan. With direction from your Associate Director or Director, you take the strategic design imperatives (Strategy On A Page: SOAP) and communications idea and deploy a variety of data and intelligence to identify and prioritize the best communications channels.


In this role, you are leading the preparation of the communications/media plan flowchart via MediaTools or Lumina and ensuring the communications plan is built on solid, data rich fundamentals. Working with partnerships, media publishers/ distributors/ suppliers, and your communications design team, you ensure the accuracy of the inputs required for the development of the media plan flowchart. The manager will develop junior talent and teach media planning fundamentals to internal teams and clients alike.


Responsibilities

  • Create accurate substantiated and detailed media plans and media planning scenarios
  • In charge of timely, accurate delivery of day-to-day requests from the team along with disciplined and organized call-reports and timely follow-throughs
  • Organize and develop client-facing category, culture and competitive tracking documents
  • Work with the Associate Director and Partnerships team to develop the RFP to brief internal partnership's/ SBU team and external partners
  • Manage the team output and development of the flowchart including oversight of the plan being accurately produced within Ripple/ MediaTools/Lumina to address the reach/frequency and business goals
  • Lead the best practice production of audience and communications data and intelligence for the development of the communications plan, utilizing relevant tools and techniques
  • Contribute to the ideation team sessions in conjunction with the Strategy team and relevant SBU to generate creative & compelling connections idea.
  • Responsible for timely, accurate delivery of day to day requests from the client and internal team
  • Responsible for maintaining impactful media plans; oversight of brand media plans, financials, ATBs and billing documentation internally and for the client
  • Leads internal, client and partner agency status calls and updates; organizes and coordinates call-reports and ensures that follow-ups are documented and carried out in a timely manner
  • Digests the client's goals/target and leads compiling planning inputs - competitive reporting, syndicated audience research, landscape trends, campaign learnings


Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in an integrated planning role in media, publisher / vendor, or communications discipline

The Addressable Activation department serve as KINESSO's hands-on-keyboard platform experts, focusing on all aspects of successful campaign execution and stewardship. The Manager is accountable for the performance & pacing of their assigned brand(s) and customizes departmental standards & process to fit client needs. We are looking for you - dynamic, best-in-class talent - to join the growing Commerce team as a Manager. In this role you will be responsible for managing Sr. Associates & Associates and supporting in the development, planning, buying, executing and measuring media plans for designated shopper/commerce media clients. You will support the Associate Director/Director in the strategic and tactical development of each retail plan. You'll work closely with national Planning and Buying teams to allow for holistic Commerce media function.


The Commerce team is a specialty group that focuses on the planning, buying, execution and measurement of Commerce media. Commerce media is any specific media elements that are retailer focused/tagged. This can be in-store signage such as a coupon machine or shelfblade, a billboard driving shoppers to a Walmart store, digital ads (search, display, OLV/STV, etc) on Amazon or site via managed or self service, tapping influencers that support certain retailers or working with shoppable technology companies to ensure ease of conversion. The team supports client's commerce/shopper/customer marketing teams-our end goal measuring product sales both online and in-store.

Retail Media Knowledge


o Knowledge of multiple retail media networks & their platforms, may include Amazon, Walmart, Roundel, Kroger, etc.


o Seasoned experience with self-service search platforms for both retailer specific (e.g. WMC, Roundel Media Studio, etc.) as well as aggregators (e.g. Criteo, Citrus, Pacvue, Skai, etc.)


o Comfortable and knowledgeable with D2C platforms (e.g. Google, Bing, Shopping, etc.)


o Understands individual RMN capabilities across tactic, targeting, reporting methodology, etc.


* Account Management & Strategy


o Active participant in development, presentation, management and measurement of omnichannel commerce media programs and defines program objectives and strategies consistent with brand marketing objectives

o Participates in and guides Senior Associate during campaign buildout inclusive of keywords/targeting. Coaches Senior Associate campaign creation and search strategy to get best plan for client

The role of a Media Planner will be to assist with day-to-day operations of the client media plan and budget details, including flowchart, budget trackers, ensuring client signs accurate, timely Media Authorizations prior to buys. The Media Planner will be responsible for monitoring client and marketing industry trades, media plan performance reporting and competitive activity to surface industry updates, performance insights and opportunities to team and clients.

Portfolio & Growth



  • Attend client status meetings: take notes, summarize next steps, provide to Supervisor/Manager for approval before distributing bullet pointed list of job holder's main responsibilities.
  • Build relationships and trust with partners in Mediahub's Partnership Investments, Audience Science, Campaign Insights, Insights + Action and Radical + Disruptive, in addition to extended Mediabrands and Kinesso specialty teams.

Media Strategy



  • Support 1-2 accounts, pending scale and complexity of business and scope of deliverables.

Position Summary

The Account Executive will work alongside their manager to ensure effective client service and account management.A successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the OOH workflow, as well as the overall sector and media buying/planning industry. Responsibilities

  • Have a strong understanding of the OOH landscape and media owners in US market
  • Plan and implement OOH campaigns from initial brief to the post campaign analysis
  • Train and manage Junior AEs to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Consistently utilize key media measurement tools (i.e. Geopath) and Rapport proprietary tools to deliver effective campaigns and fulfill client needs
  • Work alongside IPG lead agencies to deliver holistic media plans that meet client needs and requirements
  • Help build client presentations and participate in client meetings along with Manager/AMD
  • Retain and grow existing client budgets and develop new business from existing accounts
  • Staying up to date with market updates and insights and preparing marketing materials as needed
  • Delegate work as needed to meet deadlines
  • Willingness to take on tasks/projects outside of day-to-day responsibilities

Position Summary

The Creative Manager is responsible for overseeing the trafficking, launch, and quality assurance of digital creative across multiple media campaigns. This role partners closely with media teams, publishers, and platform partners to ensure creative assets are accurately tagged, delivered on time, and meet all technical and brand standards. The ideal candidate brings strong operational discipline, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the digital creative lifecycle.



Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end creative trafficking process, from asset intake and QA through launch, optimization, and campaign close
  • Manage creative execution within ad platforms and IATs, ensuring accurate setup, tagging, and delivery across channels
  • Lead creative launches, coordinating timelines, approvals, and handoffs across internal teams and external partners
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for publishers and platform partners on creative specifications, requirements, and custom executions
  • Ensure all creative assets meet technical, brand, and quality standards, with a high bar for accuracy and professionalism
  • Conduct thorough QA of creative tags, trackers, and assets, proactively identifying and resolving issues before and during live campaigns
  • Partner closely with media, analytics, and strategy teams to support measurement, attribution, and reporting needs
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, maintaining clear documentation, timelines, and status updates
  • Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows and QA processes, helping elevate execution standards across the team


Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end digital trafficking process, from creative intake through launch, optimization, and wrap
  • Hands-on experience trafficking and managing creative across IATs (e.g., Google Campaign Manager, DV360, other major ad servers)
  • Proven ability to manage creative launches and tagging, including QA of tags, click trackers, impression trackers, and third-party pixels
  • Experience working directly with publishers and platform partners to execute standard and custom programs
  • Deep familiarity with creative specs, formats, and deadlines across display, video, CTV, rich media, and social
