They are renowned leaders in high-stakes interstate and international custody disputes, often involving the Hague Convention. What You’ll Do:

• Manage a sophisticated caseload involving high-asset dissolutions, business valuations, and stock option divisions.
• Draft complex pleadings, motions, and discovery for high-conflict matters.
• Work closely with board-certified specialists and financial experts to protect client assets.
• Represent clients in court hearings and mediations across Southern California.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: 1–3 years of dedicated Family Law experience.
• Credentials: Active member of the California State Bar.
• Skills: Exceptional writing ability and a "problem-solver" mindset. You should be comfortable navigating the nuances of the California Family Code.
• Drive: A passion for advocacy and the "gravitas" to represent high-profile clients.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $115,000 – $165,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
