Nuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician

Job Details:
/n
• Work 8-hour day shifts scheduled for 40 hours weekly following first week of orientation
/n• 3 years of experience required
/n• Required certifications: ARRT OR CNMT in Nuclear Medicine, BLS (must be AHA)
/n• Hawaii state license required by start of assignment
/n• Perform radiopharmaceutical preparation and camera quality control
/n• Conduct general nuclear medicine imaging procedures
/n• Provide EKG preparation and monitoring for cardiac examinations
/n• Receive and document radioactive shipments
/n• Complete NRC required daily and weekly quality control procedures
/n• Work with SIEMENS Dual Headed ECAM with ESOFT Processing, CAPTUS 3000NMIS, and GE MAC 5000 equipment
/n• Floating to other units/departments based on competency and licensure
/n• Dress code includes scrubs, street clothes, and lab coat
/n• Must arrive Thursday before start date for mandatory employee health appointment on Friday
