This is a new position with a client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services present in nearly 50 countries. The end client is in the Utilities/Energy.

Job location: Columbus, OH. Job may be hybrid, 3-4 days a week onsite as needed.

The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate the delivery of the Process Intelligence work, managing the process from design to hyper care in partnership with Celonis (the tool that the client uses for PI) and other business partners. • Deep expertise in modern ML: foundation models, RL (PPO/SAC, self-play), large-scale optimisation.
• Hands-on with distributed training, CUDA/NCCL, and advanced infrastructure.
• Strong physics, maths, or hard science background, ideally with recent transition to AI.
• Experienced in building and managing high-performing research or engineering teams, collaborating across disciplines.
