Perform repairs on interior and exterior landscaping as well as external landscaping sprinklers, display basic computer skills including inputting air handler schedules and making temperature changes.

Responsible for negotiating with air & ocean carriers (including project and breakbulk) to secure most competitive rate and service as part of overall global ocean core carrier and/or project cargo strategy. - Analyze Request for Quote material from internal customers to determine structure for strategy to support business need.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or other related discipline or equivalent combination of work experience and education, and/or completion of the LDP Program, preferred. Minimum 3 to 4 years job related experience. Experience in contract preparation and the requirements for FMC filings. Minimum 3 years industry experience in procurement or sourcing of transport, logistics or supply chain management, preferred.
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications. Strong financial analytical skills with experience in performing quantitative statistical analysis, simulation models, and mathematical models. The Corporate Counsel will report to the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide practical and actionable legal advice to senior leadership, managers and other key stakeholders on a full range of corporate and commercial related legal matters.
- Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a broad range of complex business and commercial contracts such as franchise agreements, manufacturing and distribution agreements, sales and marketing agreements, sponsorship agreements, service and vendor agreements, and content and brand licensing agreements, among others.
- Advise with respect to a broad range of advertising, marketing and sponsorship matters, including sweepstakes, contests and promotions as well as internet, social media and e-commerce matters.
- Advise with respect to a broad range of intellectual property and technology matters, including contract drafting, review and negotiation, portfolio management, information governance, data security, data privacy and related compliance.
· Support the continuous improvement of legal operations.
· Assist with development, implementation and oversight of a contract management system and other internal systems, policies and protocols.
· Support the Company's overall legal compliance program.
· Monitor changes to applicable laws, regulations, and enforcement priorities, and develop and implement actionable takeaways.
· Manage external legal counsel and assist with litigation matters, including dispute resolution, claims management, and regulatory investigations.
· Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation, including contracts, policies, and legal research materials.
- Ability to move agreements forward quickly in order to meet critical business objectives in a fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable environment.
· Ability to balance competing interests and to demonstrate initiative and a strong work ethic.

Required Education & Experience:
- Law degree from an accredited U.S. law school.

The is a hybrid position that will be based out of the company headquarters in Belle Vernon, PA or satellite branch in Bel Air, Maryland. The candidate is responsible for prospecting and selling Fleet Solutions services to regional trucking companies located throughout the United States. The candidate will also be responsible for servicing an established base of customers. The function of the sales position is to initiate phone contact with transportation / trucking companies, uncover their fueling needs, and build a plan to sign them as a customer or convert their fleet cards to Fuelman or Pacific Pride. The person in this role will also handle new account set-ups including credit applications, card orders, and basic account maintenance functions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
- Call commercial fleet businesses over the phone to uncover new prospective candidates for Guttman Fleet Solutions services. The prospecting process will include e-mail communication and periodic face-to-face scheduled meetings.
- Develop a strong understanding of the fleet card industry, competitor’s product offerings, and the specific fueling needs of trucking companies with 5 to 150 vehicles.
- Schedule conference calls and in-person appointments with owners, CFO’s, and transportation managers to uncover existing fleet card pains and build a sales plan to convert their fleet card business.
- Maintain and update all contact information and prospecting notes within Dynamics data base and prepare sales prospect activity reports for supervisor on a weekly basis.

- Responsible for acquiring 1 Million new gallons of fleet card business from new customers per year.
- Provide quality service by communicating clearly and professionally to customers, colleagues, and management.
MINUMUM QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent work experience
- Some commercial sales experience and sales presentation experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen to others, express ideas both orally and in writing, and provide relevant and timely information to clients, managers, etc.
