Heart Failure Cardiologist - Utah Valley Hospital, Provo, UT

About this role:

As a Heart Failure Cardiologist, you will be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will work closely with ~40 cardiology physicians and APPS along with other specialists to provide comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient. Your commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate care will help advance our mission of improving outcomes and enhancing the patient experience. 

• This is a program build for Heart Failure at Utah Valley Hospital that will house ECMO and VAD patients
• Your schedule would be 5 days per week
• You would have the support of 2 APPs
• Call is shared with another group until the Heart Failure program grows

How we'll support you:

Compensation: Our generous compensation package starts with a base salary of $718,000, CME up to $4500 annually, a $30,000 starting bonus, and up to a $20,000 relocation bonus (if applicable).

This position includes a $50,000 sign-on bonus, up to $20,000 in relocation assistance, and $75,000 in student loan repayment when applicable. This position is also eligible to receive a residency stipend for candidates completing training.

• You will see patients in clinic four days per week (32 patient facing contact hours)

About this role: 

As a Physician Specializing in Geriatrics, Family, or Internal Medicine, you will work with a team of well-established healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will:

• Have more time with your senior primary care patients during 30-minute encounter times 

• Provide care to our patients during either a 4 x 10hr day or 5 x 8hr day workweek. (No On-Call responsibilities) 

• You will practice in a beautiful area of town at Rainbow North Clinic in Henderson, Nevada 

• Use EPIC – our organization wide state-of-the-art Electronic Health Record

What you’ll bring: 

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine 

• Residency training in Geriatric, Family or Internal Medicine 

• Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline 

• 2+ Years Experience required 

• Active, unobstructed Nevada medical license, or the ability to obtain one 

• Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one 

• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

About this role:  

As a Physician in Gastroenterology you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.? In this role you will be an employed Medical Group Gastroenterologist within a large non-for-profit health system. We have a strong community need for increased access to GI and Endoscopy care and have a team-based GI practice model with physicians, APP support, and nurse teamwork across our clinic and endoscopy locations. You will benefit from a strong referral base, and we will help support you in building your GI practice.?

• This position includes a?starting base salary of $640,000/annum, $100,000?sign-on bonus,?up to $20,000?in relocation assistance, $1,500 monthly stipend and?up to $75,000?in student loan repayment when applicable 
• You will practice at Budge Clinic on the Logan Regional Hospital campus in Logan, Utah
• You will have 32 patient facing hours per week and the opportunity for a (4) day work week
• Call is 1:4
