- Reporting to the Inpatient Nursing Director, this leader will oversee 73 FTEs.
- Key responsibilities include overseeing unit operations, ensuring staff accountability, maintaining survey readiness, and focusing on improving quality indicators such as falls, VTEs, and hospital-acquired infections.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telemetry or ICU settings, with a leadership style that is approachable, kind, and firm. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Active RN license required.

Compensation Details
- Compensation Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually.
- The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.

The Capital and Development Project Coordinator provides support for the Asset Management and Development groups. Responsibilities
Capital Planning & Reporting (Primary Focus ~70%):
- Maintain shared trackers, files, and document repositories for both the Development and Asset Management teams.
- Coordinate with Asset Management and Development groups to collect required documentation and monthly/quarterly updates.
- Prepare recurring reporting packages for internal Asset Managers, including monthly and quarterly capex activities.
- Ensure timely submission of reporting deliverables, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.
- Document management for capital planning files, approvals, and audit support.
- Maintain databases and files (e.g., development projects, financing deals).
- Assist with preparation for internal and external presentations related to capital planning and asset performance.
Operational Support (~30%):

Qualifications

Position Summary:
The Academic Coordinator is a staff member of the PA Program at Creighton University in Phoenix. The Academic Coordinator works collaboratively with the Director of Didactic Education and course directors to manage and coordinate the logistics of curricular delivery during the didactic phase of the program. The Maintenance Supervisor will provide leadership to the Maintenance Department in establishing, organizing, planning, and implementing maintenance programs which will support the maintenance strategy across all three shifts of the operation.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Owner for Maintenance programs such as Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Predictive Maintenance, Equipment Overhauls, and Equipment Upgrades. -Position includes the supervision, development, training program and certification needs for the site maintenance team, and the provision of any of the technical services needed to support.
- The Maintenance Supervisor will act as coach/mentor for the Maintenance Planners and Leads for the factory to ensure deep dives into break down elimination and support preventive maintenance planning. Monitor performance of PM compliance goals. Supports Maintenance Leads to prioritize work for execution. Prioritize work as it pertains to food safety and human safety. Provide coaching to areas on equipment reliability.
- The Maintenance Supervisor will provide cross functional support with the Engineering Department for capital projects executed at the site. This will include as appropriate: cost justification, design feedback, project implementation when local labor is used, and support at startups. They will provide back-up support for projects as needed.
- This position will know, understand, enforce, and comply with the sites Environmental Policy. This position targets to support and introduce initiatives to reduce our environmental footprint.
- The supervisor ensures maintenance supports production of high-quality food products. Leveraging team members to propose and execute work that assures compliance to specifications and increases consumer satisfaction.
- The position keeps eye on cash flow per budget (MRO and labor), proposing capital projects where appropriate. Manage stockroom costs and best practices to site practices. Ensure critical spare parts and materials are available as needed.
- The supervisor will support and propose new initiatives to reduce utility costs. This can include through improved efficiency and procurement practices.
- The supervisor will pursue new technologies to improve operations on the processing lines, packaging lines and utilities equipment.
- Is critical to following up with facility team leaders on continuous cost reduction/process improvement ideas and performing other responsibilities as the need arises.
- The position ensures the department is properly trained on how to execute work safely and drive improvements to eliminate any safety risks across the factory.
- Manage properly conservation systems (alarms, security, sprinklers, fire brigade, etc.).
- The candidate must comply with all federal, state, local and company regulatory guidelines. Ensure compliance to PSM guidelines. Be a key member of a HAZMAT team.

The posted UC academic salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and/or step at appointment. See the following table for the salary scale for this position . A reasonable estimate for this position is $68,247 - $97,304.
Percent time:
Positions range from 33% to 100% each semester. Summer positions are 11% (part-time positions that are weighed at 50%).
Anticipated start:
Appointments start January 1 for spring semester, August 1 for fall semester and July 1 for academic year. Summer appointments begin in late May and run into early August.

The Waste Water Treatment Plant Tech is responsible for operating a 1.5 MGD Wastewater Treatment Plant. It is a waste activated sludge facility with a SBR, Belt Press, Sand Filters, and DAF. Successful candidate will operate, troubleshoot, evaluate equipment problems and perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance tasks as well as execute proper procedures of lab analysis.

The department of East Asian Languages & Cultures at the University of California, Berkeley, invites application of a pool of qualified temporary lecturer positions to teach courses in introductory, intermediate and advanced Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Tibetan languages and cultures should the need arise.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): teaching, holding office hours, assigning grades, preparing course materials, maintaining a course website and compiling teaching materials and interacting with students via email, bCourses, and Zoom instructional software.
For those who are not US citizens or permanent residents, a legal permit that allows work in the United States (such as a US visa that allows employment) is required by the start date of the position. The department is unable to provide a visa/work permit.
