POSITION PURPOSE
The Medical Assistant supports the operation of the clinical practice by performing a variety of administrative and clinical tasks. This position is responsible for assisting physicians and other healthcare providers in delivering patient care through patient preparation, vital sign collection, documentation, and basic clinical procedures. Educate patients and families based on assessed needs and discharge plans.
