An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Director of Housekeeping to join a luxury upscale resort in Bermuda. This role is ideal for a highly operational leader who is passionate about maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards while leading and motivating a large housekeeping team.
Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000–$70,000 USD Salary
- Approximately $10,000 gratuities/service charge

Position Overview
The Director of Housekeeping will oversee all housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction across the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily housekeeping operations and team management
- Maintain luxury-level cleanliness and presentation standards
- Develop training programs and support staff development
- Coordinate with maintenance and front office teams to ensure smooth operations
- Manage housekeeping schedules, inventory, and departmental efficiency
- Ensure strong guest satisfaction through attention to detail and service quality
- Must hold US, Canadian, or UK visa for travel
