Summary
As an Advisor Relationship Manager, you will work largely independently and will serve as a point of contact within the Asset Management Client Services Team for the Intermediary Distribution Group (IDG). You will work in tandem with the appropriate internal and external Advisor Consultant Teams and be responsible for high-level financial advisor communications, relationship building, and monitoring across all product lines. You will report to the Director of Asset Management Services.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing superior service to our third-party advisors as well as and to end clients when appropriate
- Develop a strong understanding of all service offerings and investment products available to third-party advisors
- Initiate new account documents, cancellations, investment objective changes, and other client directives, ensuring all necessary criteria are gathered for the completion of the activity at every stage and across functional areas
- Coordinate with internal business units and service providers to ensure third-party advisor and client requests are fulfilled timely and accurately
- Provide critical review of incoming correspondence (i.e., trading directives and actionable items)
- Research and resolve problems or issues
- Facilitate information exchange between internal departments and external parties regarding changes/updates
- Promote collaborative, comprehensive, and coordinated client communication across all product lines to ensure positive client experience
- Assist in the training of new team members on practices and procedures
- Act as a backup for team coverage

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in finance, business, economics, or pre-law preferred
- Minimum 3 years financial services industry experience
- Working knowledge of broker dealer and RIA operations preferred

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Provides strategic leadership and oversight of system-wide general accounting functions related to revenue, reimbursement, and internal and external financial reporting across all Cape Cod Healthcare (CCHC) hospitals and entities. Oversees reimbursement, regulatory reporting, revenue, and accounts receivable management activities to ensure financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational strategic objectives.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide executive leadership and strategic oversight of CCHC’s revenue, reimbursement, accounting, and financial reporting functions in partnership with the CFO and Controller
- Direct and oversee revenue and reimbursement accounting and reporting in accordance with GAAP, including third-party reimbursement, and ensure the timely delivery of accurate internal and external financial and operating reports
- Ensure the integrity, consistency, and governance of financial data across all assigned entities, including the Hospitals, HCI, and consolidated operations
- Establish and promote effective collaboration and communication across Finance, Operations, Business Intelligence, IT, and external stakeholders
- Provide leadership over staffing strategy, including hiring, development, performance management, and succession planning for revenue and reimbursement functions
- Establish, evaluate, and continuously improve departmental policies, procedures, and internal controls to support operational excellence and compliance
- Provide executive oversight of all internal and external financial and reimbursement reporting, including Medicare and other cost reports, CHIA filings, and required governmental submissions
- Maintain competency in reimbursement by keeping knowledge of current developments at state and federal level through continuing education and interpret and estimate projected financial impact of changes in regulations on net patient service revenue
- Leads external audits, intermediary reviews, and regulatory examinations related to revenue and reimbursement
- Directs and owns net patient service revenue methodology, reserve estimation frameworks, and revenue recognition practices
- Coordinate with appropriate finance and organizational departments to prepare net revenue budget for all CCHC entities
- Partner with executive leadership to assess reimbursement risk, regulatory changes, and strategic financial impacts
- Lead cross-functional coordination and preparation of net revenue budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
- Provide strategic guidance on pricing, reimbursement optimization, service line profitability, and financial feasibility analyses
- Evaluates the need and benefit of outsourcing activities, determining if resources can be leveraged from within the organization, or recommends continuation of vendors’ services
- Monitor and assess vendor performance over timelines as it impacts the organization, understanding the existing and future needs of CCHC Revenue Cycle respective areas
- Analyzes, consolidates, and interprets various billing software accounts receivable and financial data for Cape Cod Healthcare entities
- Reconciles various receivables, reserves, and revenue accounts to the general ledger
- Prepares reconciliations, schedules, and other materials for auditors
- Serve as a senior financial advisor and subject matter expert to executive leadership committees, and the Board as appropriate
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and compliance across revenue and reimbursement functions
- Represent CCHC externally with auditors, regulators, consultants, and industry organizations
- Perform other executive-level responsibilities as assigned
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance or related background or concentration
- (Preferred) CPA and/or Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)
- Experience in GAAP accounting, reimbursement, cost-reporting, net revenue modeling and accounting;
- 7-10 years related experience, preferably in an acute care hospital/healthcare organization
- Experience with relational databases and large ERP systems – experience with PeopleSoft highly desirable;
- Advance proficiency with MS Office applications and related accounting and finance software programs;
- History of goal-oriented achievement and project management experience;
- Previous experience supervising staff with the ability to coach, motivate and engage employees in a finance function
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to all levels of management

Pay Range Details:
The pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. Overview:
CI Segall Bryant & Hamill seeks an Advisor Consultant to join our team. The Advisor Consultant, in partnership with a Director of Sales, will be responsible for building long-term partnerships with intermediary clients (Financial Advisors, RIAs, bank trust platforms and family offices) that maximize long-term holdings of CI Segall Bryant & Hamill investment solutions including mutual funds, ETFs and separately managed accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop client relationships, including expanding existing client relationships and developing new profitable relationships in multiple territories.
- Conduct consultative, relationship-building sales calls with financial advisors and investment research teams
- Partner with a Director of Sales to develop and implement a territory sales plan.
- Approach interactions with a consultative mindset, starting with client needs and effectively leveraging internal resources needed to meet those needs, including delivering insight-based education, coaching and portfolio construction consultations.
- Develop and execute on a data driven client segmentation, including consistent profiling of clients, timely and accurate recording of all client/prospect interactions into the firm’s CRM system and prospecting for new potential relationships.
- Handle daily territory management tasks to ensure maximum business efficiency and effective resource allocation across service offerings and firms.
- Travel as needed within territory to conduct meetings with clients, assist with client events, and attend industry conferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related major required
- 4-6 years of sales experience in financial services / investment management preferred
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 required
- A current understanding of capital markets, mutual funds, ETFs, separately managed accounts
- Consultative, client first approach, delivering solutions, not products, to meet client needs and drive results
- Ability to develop client relationships and strategic partnerships
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Salesforce CRM, Evestment, Ycharts preferred.

Pay Information
This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of Illinois. The pay range for this position is $120,000-130,000 USD per year. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.

The Role:
Due to a rapid growth trajectory, CIM is seeking a Head of National/Key Accounts to expand and support CIM’s brand presence and awareness across the broker/dealer, RIA, bank, trust company and family office distribution channels, throughout the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
· Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
· Increase investor access to CIM’s investment products by expanding CIM’s selling agreements/approvals across an array of distribution channels including broker/dealers, RIAs, banks, trust companies and family office groups.
· Develop, foster and maintain relationships with relevant influencer/gatekeepers throughout the various distribution channels via effective communication and relationship building.
· Meet with primary contacts at least annually and develop a strategic account plan with each firm.
· Strive to position CIM’s investment products on any available “preferred,” “select,” “recommended,” or similarly categorized preference lists, while proactively and preemptively supporting metrics to retain existing approval, platform availability and assets.
· Actively source home office data to create targeted efficiency for CIM team’s engagement and grow sales.
· Act as a subject matter expert representing the CIM platform and investment solutions.
· Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and recommend marketing and sales initiatives to achieve goals.
· Work with CIM team members to establish new selling agreements/approvals, drive and monitor progress and ensure compliant documentation process is adhered to.
· Employ interpersonal relationship skills to efficiently partner and collaborate with CIM wholesaling team to develop relationships with new and existing platforms in order to drive sales.
· Update accounts quarterly on key performance indicators including year over year sales, top producers, current offerings, commissions paid, and sales team activity.
· Attend and present at internal meetings.
· Provide updates on sales goals, status of selling agreements, and provide training on new Broker Dealer relationships, including creating robust platform overview cheat sheets/deliverables to build streamlined awareness and credibility with external clients.
· Source targeted branding opportunities and serve as a CIM representative by speaking at relevant industry conferences.
· Travel on a consistent basis to uncover opportunities to increase sales, gain additional product approval, strengthen relationships, and build trust through in person meetings.
Qualifications:
· Proven relationships with key players including gatekeepers, research analysts and business contacts at broker/dealers, registered investment advisors, banks, trust companies and family office groups.
· Minimum 5-7 years investment management Key/National Account experience.
· Bachelor’s degree and strong academic background.
· Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
· Demonstrated knowledge of fixed income/municipal bonds and competitive landscape preferred.
· Proven understanding of selling agreements, RFPs and onboarding requirements across financial intermediary space.
· Strong organization and time management skills and strong independent work ethic.
· Established process to continue to update personal value proposition.
· Strong interest in sales, pipeline maintenance, and the financial markets.
· Series 65 registration required.
