We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time position of Senior Test Systems Integrated Product Manager located onsite in Tucson, Arizona. We collaborate, iterate, and execute with an eye toward the company mission and personal career growth.

Direct phases of programs from inception through completion, act as an Integrated Product Manager of multi-disciplinary employees on projects in technical manufacturing and administrative areas.
Oversee and coordinate the administrative and operational aspects of ongoing projects within program guidelines.
Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding to optimize performance and increase efficiency of work.
Facilitate project tasks with the various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contract.
Coordinate with program leadership, finance, and planning to execute Earned Value Management (EVM).
Experience managing a cross functional team (test personnel (electrical, software, mechanical, etc.)).
Presentation experience to executive and/or functional leadership of analytic and program performance results for Test Systems Engineering or equivalent engineering programs.

Experience performing the functionalities of Systems Test Engineering to include experience for both hardware and software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance activities within production/manufacturing/product qualification environments.
~ Experience generating Baseline Change Requests (BCR), Basis of Estimates (BOE), and financial performance reports for Program Performance reviews for Systems Test Engineering.
~ S. government issued security clearance is required. S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Experience with all the functionalities of Automation Test Equipment/Unit Under Test (ATE/UUT).
Agile Methodologies understanding
Scrum Master / Azure DevOps (ADS) Experience

The Department of Pediatrics at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School (RWJMS) is seeking a MD/DO physician candidate to provide direct patient care in the Division of Emergency Medicine (EM). The physician candidate will be board certified/board eligible in Pediatric Emergency Medicine. The candidate will receive an academic faculty appointment commensurate with achievement and will participate in the educational, patient care, research and other academic activities of the Department of Pediatrics. In addition to clinical and teaching responsibilities, there may be opportunities to participate in research in areas of interest with other faculty members. The physician will join 10 full time faculty members who provide 24/7 in-house EM coverage. The candidate may also have the opportunity to participate in either clinical or lab-based research. The clinical services of the Division of Emergency Medicine are conducted at the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital (RWJUH) in New Brunswick, NJ, contiguous with the Bristol Myers Squibb Children’s Hospital (BMSCH). The Pediatric Emergency Department is a Level 2 Pediatric Trauma Center. BMSCH is a 105-bed acute care hospital located on the only pediatric academic health campus in the state of New Jersey. The BMSCH is ranked as one of America’s Best Hospitals by U.S. News and World Report.

The Department of Pediatrics has a full complement of pediatric medical and surgical subspecialists. Outpatient services are provided at the Child Health Institute of New Jersey which also houses our research faculty. The Department of Pediatrics includes physicians and basic scientists who conduct collaborative research with an emphasis on mechanisms of disease, novel therapies, epidemiology and/or outcomes research in the areas of relevance to childhood diseases. The Department provides a collaborative setting for the study of basic mechanisms of disease and outcomes research that would provide new insights to the treatment of childhood diseases. The Robert Wood Johnson School of Medicine is consistently ranked as one of the highly NIH-funded academic universities and Rutgers is a member of the Association of American Universities comprising the top research universities in North America.

Adjacent to the Children’s hospital is the PSE&G Children’s Specialized Hospital which is one of the country’s largest inpatient acute rehabilitation hospitals for children. Across the street is the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey – the only NCI designated center in the state of New Jersey as well as the Ronald MacDonald House. As the state’s premiere institution, located in central Jersey, there are many opportunities to collaborate across campuses with all the health professional schools and biomedical science schools at the Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences.
