Your Team
MAG’s Transportation Policy and Initiatives team provides oversight of all transportation funding policy efforts and leads other strategic initiatives at the direction of the interim transportation director and executive director. This includes development and management of Proposition 400 and 479 programs, assessing impacts of proposed state and federal transportation policy on the agency and broader region, and other special projects as needed to guide regional mobility and infrastructure development.
The Position
The Principal Planner will be responsible for the management and oversight of the Proposition 479 Transit Life Cycle Program (TLCP), ensuring that regional transit funding is allocated, monitored, and reported in alignment with Maricopa County’s voter-approved plan. This position plays a key role in overseeing long-range transit funding, delivery of the region’s transit capital and operating projects, and program accountability across the region. Reporting to the Transportation Policy & Initiatives Program Manager, the Principal Planner will uphold transparent, data-driven, and fiscally responsible processes in collaboration with regional partners.
Key responsibilities include:
Program Management
- Lead the ongoing management of the 20-year TLCP, including both capital and operating components.
- Ensure alignment between TLCP allocations, RSTIIP policies, and federal/state funding requirements.
- Maintain and update program documentation, timelines, and financial reporting for internal and external use.
Financial Oversight
- Monitor and update long-range revenue forecasts and cost estimates for the TLCP, following existing annual and monthly update processes.
- Track key financial assumptions, including inflation and cost trends, to support accurate reporting.
- Conduct financial analyses to assess trade-offs and inform decision-making and long-range planning.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as the primary staff liaison in the implementation of the Prop 479 TLCP with the region’s transit implementing partners, including Valley Metro, the City of Phoenix, and member agencies.
- Coordinate with federal and state agencies on funding requirements, compliance, and reporting.
- Provide technical assistance to member agencies regarding ongoing management of the Prop 479 TLCP.
Data Management & Reporting
- Develop and maintain processes for tracking TLCP expenditures, funding commitments, and performance metrics.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other supporting material for MAG policy committees, the public, and other external stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure transparency through consistent, accessible, and timely reporting.
Studies & Project Management
- Foster collaboration across all five functions of MAG’s Transportation Division.
- Lead and support projects that advance TLCP implementation, including contract and consultant management.
- Deliver high-quality work products that are timely, accurate, and aligned with MAG’s standards.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate brings a solid background in regional transportation planning and policy, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. They are detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team environment. Qualifications and Skills

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Team Head – FI/Fund Finance to lead business development, portfolio management, and team performance within our Commercial Banking group. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, maintaining asset quality, strengthening client relationships, and managing a high-performing team focused on FI and Fund Finance lending.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development (50%)
- Drive revenue growth across FI & Fund Finance lending and deposit products in line with team financial goals

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the banking industry

What You Will Do
We are looking for candidates willing to collaborate, innovate, and team with our engineers to generate and utilize today’s cutting-edge technology to design digital electronics circuits that implement missile guidance, video and digital signal processing. Our technology base includes high-speed digital electronics, configurable logic, and homogeneous / heterogeneous multiprocessor designs.
The Principal Digital Design Engineer is responsible for the design, analysis, simulation, test, and integration of digital electronic modules and/or CCAs for Missile applications. The candidate should be experienced in all aspects of circuit card design including:

Qualifications You Must Have

What You Will Do

The metal fabrication and welding tech is responsible for executing a variety of mechanical fabrication efforts at an exceptional level, while collaborating in an integrated team environment with fellow support technicians, engineers, and internal and external engineering customers.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Metal fabrication of critical prototype, aerospace parts and test assemblies using various types of metal fabrication tools.
Use of general machine shop tools and support equipment including the use of typical dimensional measuring tools
Work with basic sketches and, underdeveloped drawing packages as well as model renderings
Responsible for all aspects of fabrication including part/machine setup, safe equipment operation, part inspection, managing their workload, supporting customers’ schedules, delegating, and coordinating work when required
Work in a multi-program-controlled area.

Qualifications You Must Have:A minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience welding MIG, and TIG.

Job Summary:
The Bike Shop in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Fabrication Lead Tech who will work in the mechanical fabrication shop, executing a variety of mechanical fabrication efforts at an exceptional quality level, while collaborating in a dynamic, fast-paced, integrated team environment. The position interacts daily with fellow support technicians and engineers, to successfully meet the prototype and test manufacturing needs of our internal and external engineering customers.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Quick-turn machining of critical prototype, aerospace parts and test assemblies from metal and non-metal materials utilizing precision manual mills and lathes
Use of general machine shop tools and support equipment including the use of typical dimensional measuring tools
Work with basic sketches and, underdeveloped drawing packages as well as model renderings
Responsible for all aspects of fabrication including part/machine setup, safe equipment operation, part inspection, managing their workload, supporting customers’ schedules, delegating, and coordinating work when required
Work in a multi-program-controlled area.
Report to the Mechanical Prototyping and Fabrication Section Lead within the Engineering Prototyping and Fabrication department (the Bike Shop)
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications You Must Have:
A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience independently operating manual mills and lathes.
Eight (8) or more years of interpreting mechanical blueprints / technical drawings with the ability to machine one-of-a-kind quality, in-tolerance parts per drawing specifications.
Ability to inspect machined parts using standard precision measuring instruments to ensure tolerances are met.
A strong working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Qualifications We Value:AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training such as: machining/fabrication technical education or apprenticeship).
Basic experience in the development and manipulation of computer-generated 3D models in Creo, or similar CAD system
Knowledgeable in the setup/operation of manual CMM’s
