In this role you will lead a distributed team of Software Quality Engineers supporting mission-critical aerospace and defense programs. You will align SQE priorities with program needs across St. Louis, Huntington Beach, and Fairfax, partner with Business Unit leads to define workload and technical expectations, and drive improved SQE engagement and software quality practices across the organization.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Software Quality Engineers supporting multiple BDS programs; own hiring, performance development, and career progression.
- Translate program technical and contractual requirements into SQE priorities and deliverables; align SQE execution with program schedules and budgets.
- Define and implement SQE processes, checklists, and metrics to verify software compliance, reliability, and safety on assigned programs.
- Provide approval and oversight of technical approaches, software verification strategies, and software quality artifacts.
- Coordinate supplier SQE activities; provide technical direction and assess supplier deliverables for quality and conformance.
- Identify and drive continuous process improvements (root-cause analysis, lessons learned, defect reduction).
- Maintain productive relationships with customers, stakeholders, program managers, and cross-functional teams; escalate and resolve elevated SQE issues.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 5+ years of experience supporting software development programs, including hands-on experience with software verification, reviews, or testing
- 1+ year of experience leading technical teams (people management, mentoring, performance management)
- 1+ year of proven ability working with program leadership to prioritize and resolve technical quality issues

Job Summary
A clinical-stage precision oncology biotechnology company is seeking a Director, Biostatistics to lead statistical strategy and execution across its oncology development programs. The organization focuses on developing targeted therapies for molecularly defined solid tumors, with a pipeline spanning early- through late-phase clinical development.
The Director will serve as the statistical lead across cross-functional teams and play a key role in clinical development planning, study design, regulatory interactions, and submissions. This individual will oversee internal and external biostatistics resources, ensure high-quality and timely deliverables, and represent the biostatistics function internally and externally, including interactions with regulatory agencies and key opinion leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic statistical leadership for oncology clinical programs from Phase 1 through regulatory submission.
- Contribute to Clinical Development Plans, study protocols, and Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs).
- Oversee design, analysis, and interpretation of clinical trial data, including interim analyses and Clinical Study Reports (CSRs).
- Establish and maintain statistical standards and methodologies across clinical, translational, and pharmacology datasets.
- Manage and mentor biostatistics staff, programmers, consultants, and vendors to ensure high-quality statistical outputs (TFLs, analyses, datasets).
- Review and approve key study documents including protocols, SAPs, CRFs, CSRs, and publications.

- Ph.D. or M.S. in Statistics or related field.
- 12+ years of biostatistics experience in pharmaceutical drug development, including 8+ years in oncology.
- Extensive hands-on experience developing complex protocols and SAPs and performing analyses from early-phase through submission.
- Direct involvement in multiple NDA/BLA submissions with successful oncology approvals.
- Deep expertise in clinical trial design and advanced statistical methodologies, including time-to-event analyses.
- Proven leadership experience in cross-functional environments with strong communication and organizational skills.

About the Role
We are seeking a Clinical Data Scientist to play a pivotal role in transforming complex clinical datasets into high‑quality, analysis‑ready outputs used to support clinical trials and real‑world evidence initiatives.
In this role, you will operate at the intersection of data science, clinical research, and statistical programming. CONTROLLER - HEALTHCARE
The Corporate Controller directs the financial affairs of the organization and prepares financial analyses of operations, including interim and final financial statements with supporting schedules, for the guidance of management.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Development, analysis and interpretation of statistical and accounting information in order to appraise operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget, and other matters bearing on the fiscal soundness and operating effectiveness of the organization.
- Responsible for evaluating the performance of personnel in the Accounting Department; (Accounting, Billing, A/P and Payroll). Recommends training requirements, and has the duty to keep the staff at the highest level of skill necessary to meet company needs and objectives.
- Maintains the Company’s accounting system and keeps books and records on all company transactions and assets.
- Controller furnishes internal reports, revises and updates reports to be more useful and efficient, and furnishes external reports as necessary.
- Directs and oversees the preparation of monthly financial statements and applicable work papers.
- Oversees all banking transactions and reviews monthly reconciliation.
- Responsible for providing effective financial controls for the organization.
- Reconcile quarterly payroll tax returns to Company books.
- Coordinate annual audit in conjunction with Company’s independent auditors.
- Assist the CFO with special projects as needed.
- Ensure all HIPAA requirements are adhered to.
- Follows Agency policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting Certified Public Accountant designation and MBA are preferred
- 5+ years of experience including both public and private accounting
- 2+ years of experience with a home health agency preferred
- Proficiency with accounting and spreadsheet software
- General ledger and financial statement experience.
- Excellent analytical, verbal and written communications skills
- Thorough knowledge of GAAP and applicable federal and state corporate taxation requirements

Job Description
The R&D Chemist -Stability Coordinator and stability coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the site stability program, formulation, and stability sampling activities in compliance with the FDA ICH guidelines, company quality guidelines, SOP’s and other regulatory requirements. This position will be required to work well with the cross-functional teams and will be the key point of contact for all stability programs for OTC, Medical device, and Cosmetic products.
Responsibilities
- This will include initiating stability studies, coordinating stability pulls, making sure the testing schedule of stability samples is met, analyzing stability data, and evaluating trends, and writing stability reports.
- To author stability protocols, interim reports, and reports for stability studies
- This includes routine campaign stability studies and non-routine project stability studies.
- Report the trending of stability data through data management and trend analysis using appropriate software.
- To escalate any trends to the R&D Manager and support any investigations, based on the test data collected.
- To support the business in requests relating to stability data (including temperature excursion assessments, regulatory requests, and investigational work)
- To own and support stability related Deviations, CAPAs and Change Controls, and progress department improvements.
- Manage stability studies following internal procedures, ensuring studies are set up per the protocol.
- The Stability Coordinator will interact with other groups in R&D and other departments (such as QC and production) as required.
- Will collaborate with relevant QC laboratories to ensure stability samples are tested within their specified time frame for actives, and micro.
- Coordinate the shipment of stability samples to outside labs when required.
- Maintain stability tracker for routine annual stability and lab stabilities.
- Good knowledge about lab equipment/test – Viscosity; pH; specific gravity; API’s etc.
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations; GLP.
- Support R&D lab with formulation development for OTC; Cosmetic and Medical device in different forms – Aerosol; liquid and BOV.
- Improve current product formulations.
- Lead formulation development activities with a focus on stability as the primary responsibility.
- Proficient in Microsoft office 365.
Education And/or Experience
- Associate or bachelor’s (B.A or B.S) in a scientific discipline; and 2 or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must demonstrate knowledge of common analytical tools and techniques.
- Must have previous experience with conducting stability studies and knowledge of statistics.
- Must have previous experience in a GMP environment.
