We are seeking a motivated and skilled scrum master and individual contributor to join our RDPL DevSecOps Team, a critical part of our software development and delivery ecosystem. As a member of this dynamic team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, ensure the security and stability of our development environments, and support the deployment of high-quality software solutions. 

The Department’s mission is to provide world class Radar Software to be used in military systems deployed at sea and on land. Our software teams employ an Agile Scrum process to rapidly design, code, integrate and test capabilities on a continuous basis into a mature solution for our customers.

This position is full-time on-site in Marlborough, Massachusetts.

What you will do

  • CI/CD Pipeline Development and Maintenance: Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development and delivery processes. 

  • Scrum Master: Faciliate agile practices, remove obstacles, and foster collaboration within the team to ensure successful delivery of high-quality products and continuous improvement

  • DevSecOps Integration: Incorporate security best practices into the development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with industry standards and protecting against vulnerabilities. 

  • Infrastructure Management: Support, maintain, and upgrade the development environment infrastructure, including tools and frameworks.  Support emergent situations (including off-hours) swiftly and effectively.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, program subject matter experts (SMEs), and Digital Technology (DT) and Cybersecurity teams to deliver reliable and secure software solutions. 

  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues impacting development pipelines, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. 

  • Automation and Innovation: Drive efficiency by automating repetitive tasks and exploring innovative approaches to improve workflows. 

  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor pipeline performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics to ensure optimal functionality. 

  • Debug and Integrate: Tackle stability issues in common trunks, while integrating and testing real-time embedded and application software on Linux and Windows platforms.

  • Maintain & Modernize Development Environment: Work with tools like ClearCase, Perl, Jenkins, Smartbear Collaborator, Grafana, Coverity, Matlab and more, while supporting migration to cutting-edge container based development environment that includes Git, GitLab, Podman, VSCode, and Artifactory. 

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.

  • Experience with scripting languages (Bash, Perl, Python, etc). 

  • Experience with Configuration Management (CM) tools (ClearCase, Git, GitLab, etc).

  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for cost, schedule and execution for Missile systems integration, verification and validation scope across a program.
  • Lead a small team of engineers with planning and execution of integration and test activities for missile sub-assemblies.
  • Working with systems engineers to define knowledge points ensuring risk burn-down throughout the development process.
  • Mentor junior engineers with establishing methodical and disciplined processes for planning and execution of integration and test activities.
  • Prepare documentation such as test plans, procedures, integration information sheets, test cases, and reports.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the mechanical engineer to support documentation, mechanical, environmental, structural, and thermal aspects of different stack configurations. 

  • Contribute to a small team of mechanical production REAs supporting mechanical production and development efforts, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with program objectives. 

  • Oversee and manage all mechanical, slice and stack TDP configuration changes, ensuring updates address producibility improvements, yield optimization, and design enhancements. 

  • Lead efforts to analyze and incorporate producibility updates into designs to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce production defects. 

  • Support failure investigations, conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions to resolve systemic mechanical issues.

What You Will Do:

The Systems Integration & Test II Engineer provides comprehensive systems engineering and integration test support by assessing program needs, planning and coordinating test activities, developing schedules, and executing test efforts from project initiation through system transition. The role involves addressing a wide range of technical challenges that require thorough information gathering, detailed analysis, and investigative problem‑solving to identify root causes and determine effective resolutions.

The following responsibilities are expected though not limited to for a Senior Systems Integration & Test II Engineer (EW)

  • Generate test plans/procedures for assessing Electronic Warfare (EW) system performance
  • Generate test documentation for verification/acceptance of components, subsystems, and systems
  • Execute IV&V activities for multidisciplinary Integration and Test teams.
  • Execute in-house and off-site test activities for system demonstrations and/or system sell-off.
  • Brief senior program management and engineering leadership.
  • Test EW hardware and software builds.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline (preferably Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or Physics) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience
  • EW/Radar systems integration, verification, and validation
  • Experience preparing system/subsystem test documentation (e.g., plans, procedures, and reports)

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience writing requirements for EW/Radar system test events

This role is for a Principal Cooling Systems Engineer to support cooling and hydraulic systems used in a variety of harsh environmental military applications. Our primary role is to design and support the fabrication, testing, and installation of custom liquid-cooled systems for radars. We also support custom air-cooling of power and communication shelters.

What You Will Do

  • Working collaboratively with our customers to establish cooling systems requirements
  • Mechanical design, analysis, and documentation of cooling hardware and systems                     
  • Selection of components including pumps and heat exchangers
  • Drawing generation, drawing release, and drawing change incorporation
  • Resolution of change requests from manufacturing or suppliers
  • Provide technical conscience, challenged with making sure the product and process meet appropriate standards and requirements.
  • Factory and supplier support of product integration domestically and internationally

Qualifications You Must Have
