E&I Technician
The primary function of this role is to install, troubleshoot, clean, inspect, calibrate, and maintain electrical instrumentation, and distribute control equipment throughout our facility, ensuring operations are conducted in a safe and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
Safety Compliance:
Understand and adhere to all safety procedures.
Stay current on all safety training.
Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed (e.g., steel toe boots, safety glasses, ear plugs).
Comply with Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures and OSHA guidelines.
Complete General Plant Safety Training within the first 8 weeks of employment.
Equipment Maintenance:
Troubleshoot and maintain facility equipment to ensure safe, environmentally compliant, and efficient operation.
Perform electrical preventive maintenance, repairs, and calibration procedures.
Access and read PLC/DCS control logic to diagnose and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
Documentation and Communication:
Initiate and complete work orders and requisitions, documenting critical information as directed.
Clearly communicate both verbally and in writing, utilizing intercom systems and two-way radios where necessary.
Identify and address improvement opportunities proactively.
Additional Responsibilities:
Be available to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including responding to emergency repairs during off hours.
Perform basic duties and utilize measuring tools to support maintenance tasks as required.
Complete all necessary Plant Training Programs within specified timeframes.
Operate additional equipment, including industrial forklifts, manlifts, and skid steer loaders.

Job Summary:
This role is the primary service and maintenance contact for Trane Technologies customers in a defined market with a diverse commercial base including Healthcare, Process Manufacturing Facilities, Education Institutions, and Office Complexes. You will be commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and starting up HVAC systems in a commercial environment. In order to perform your task you will utilize your knowledge of air conditioning theory, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts. Where is the work:
This position has been designated as Remote within Geography and work will be performed out of our Lawton, OK location.
What you will do:
- Coordinates with team leader/project manager and customer to precisely understand requirements for all on-site installation and repairs by forecasting issues, gathering materials and synchronizing on-site work.
- Represents the company by serving as the direct customer contact and is responsible for products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at customer’s location.
- Uses cutting edge software and technology, along with a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
- Displays team effort and dedication to customer by maintaining flexibility to work overtime and weekends as the business requires, including occasional overnight stays.
- Continually enforces safety to the highest standards and maintains security and accountability of company issued and procured assets by recording use, wear and conditions.
What you will bring:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required, and typically 5 plus years of experience in HVAC. Technical School or formal training is preferred.
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with handheld computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad).
- Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to:
- DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.

- Must be able to safely and legally operate a vehicle using a seat belt
- Must be able to wear helmets, safety goggles, fall protection harness and safety boots to safely perform job duties
- Must be able to twist the trunk of your body 90 degrees in each direction

- Must be able to reach your hands over your head
- Must be able to stand on concrete surfaces for extended periods, routinely up to 4 hours

Cimolai-HY is seeking experienced Submerged Arc Welders. A skilled professional position specializing in joining pieces of steel together using submerged arc welding. The welder's primary responsibility is to ensure the structural integrity and quality of welded metal components and that their welds meet or exceed industry standards. A Submerged Arc Welder performs welding tasks using the submerged arc welding process, which involves feeding a continuous electrode wire into the welding area while a flux covers the weld. Ensure proper setup of welding equipment, including selecting the appropriate welding parameters such as voltage, current, and wire feed speed.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Completion of a formal welding training program or apprenticeship preferred.
- Certification in AWS welding processes preferred.
