Duties

  • You will inspects completed and in process work for quality of workmanship and adherence to requirements, specifications, standards, plans and schedules.
  • You will train and mentor less skilled employees. Demonstrate proper work methods and discuss viable alternatives, considerations, etc.
  • You will perform research to continually improve trade processes and keeps shop personnel apprised of new technologies, procedures, best practices, and tooling improvements.
  • You will assure safety and housekeeping rules are followed.
  • You will plan, operate, and troubleshoot various types of equipment utilized to manufacture and overhaul marine components from start to post-work review.
  • You will pass instructions received from supervisors and provides overview of tasks to be performed to other workers.
  • You will serve as an Expert Machinist leading a group to ensure work assignments are completed.

Job Description

As a Receiving Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the store's backroom operations by receiving products into the POS system, keeping products organized and accounted for, and helping process weekly pallets. You would also be in charge of processing damaged or defective products back to the Fulfillment Center, and reporting these items to the Inventory Control Team. Additionally, you would work closely with the management team to ensure that an adequate level of product is in stock for customer purchase, that the merchandise is properly maintained, and that the merchandise is displayed appropriately with proper signage and favorable shelf placement.

What you will do in this role:

  • Greetings and attends to patients/visitors in waiting areas, directing them to other departments, communicating regularly, and keeping them informed of wait times as needed. Promotes and displays a positive, customer-oriented demeanor.
  • Performs patient-centered secretarial tasks, such as physician order entry and creating, labeling, and organizing patient charts. Disassembles and files charts after discharge. Always maintains patient confidentiality.
