About the Front Desk Associate Role:

The Retirement Plan Advisor assists individuals in achieving a successful retirement and planning their financial future through group and individual presentations to new and existing defined contribution 401(k) and Government 457 plan participants.

This role uses data-driven, analytical thinking to lead impactful conversations with participants, meets client service level agreements and achieves annual targets as assigned.

This position will also assist the Relationship Management team in effectively establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within the territory assigned.

This Advisor will work with public employees in the Austin area and must be able to meet with clients in person and virtually.

Base Salary Range $72,200.00
- $101,975.00The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed.

Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program.

Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance.

Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
