About the Job:

The Director, Digital Growth Marketing is responsible for the development and management of the company’s digital growth marketing strategy. This role is responsible for managing the in-house paid media team and leading key activities, including but not limited to paid search, paid social, affiliate, display, marketplace advertising, SEO, and custom activations. This person will collaborate with cross functional teams including CRM, Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Buying, Planning, Legal and IT. Primary focus is to drive customer acquisition and retention, build revenue profitably online, manage a strict budget and continually improve return on ad spend.


A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:

  • Develops and executes paid marketing strategy across all digital media channels from concept to launch. Leads internal paid media team, handling tactical execution of media allocation and optimization.
  • Leads and manages all aspects of digital media, including SEO/SEM, affiliate, display re-targeting and acquisition, paid social and custom activations with media partners and platforms.
  • Manages and develops digital media team; sets and maintains clear, specific, measurable, actionable, reasonable and time-related goals for functional group and individual team members.
  • Partners with cross functional leaders to optimize digital marketing effectiveness and support cross channel sales, including Merchandising/Buying, Planning, Brand Marketing, Creative, and other functions.
  • Identifies and launches new digital marketing initiatives to better acquire and retain customers
  • Develops digital marketing roadmap including existing channel optimization and development of new, aligning with approved budget and key merchandising and marketing moments.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with key platform partners including, but not limited to, Google/YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
  • Builds and maintains digital media budget aligned with overall business objectives and reports on actual, budgeted and forecasted projections in both spend, demand and return on ad spend on regular weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Provides reporting on effectiveness of all digital media channels including but not limited to qualitative and quantitative channel performance holistically and down to the campaign/publisher level, channel impacts to customer acquisition costs and customer lifetime value and associated benchmarks to measure competitive advantages.
  • Maintains and leverages analytics systems in collaboration with cross functional partners including sophisticated attribution modeling to gain better insights into effectiveness of digital marketing.
  • Leads effort for landing page optimization, personalization and other forms of a/b and multivariate tests associated with digital media focused on improving click through and conversion rates.
  • Evaluates all associated digital marketing partners, vendors and publishers for effectiveness and contribution to business and digital marketing efforts.

What it takes to Join:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, ideally in Marketing, Business, or Retail
  • 5-7 years’ experience in digital marketing and marketing analytics
  • 5+ years within a retail environment; Apparel and Omni channel experience a plus
  • Must be financially savvy and skilled in reporting on all KPIs, marketing performance, user behavior, shopping flows, channels, marketing tests and uncovering insights which provide a better understanding our customer in order to improve traffic, conversion and financial results.
  • Must be hands-on, analytical, and highly collaborative leader capable of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective internal and external relationships, and influence change
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong business, data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills; experience managing digital marketing in a highly-matrixed, multi-channel retailer a strong plus

 We are seeking a Sign Shop Assistant with 3+ years of experience working in print shop environment preferably within the film, television, and live events industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and sign fabrication, with a focus on creating print-ready materials such as posters, floor graphics, prop packaging, dimensional lettering, event/convention displays, and more. What You'll Do: 
- Customer Service - Provide customer service including heavy phone and e-mail support to schedule projects in an extremely fast-paced environment. - Estimation - Estimating projects both large and small. Establishing and evolving product pricing.

Must Have Experience:
Fabrication and Installation Support: 
Sign Assembly - Experience assembling signs, including weeding, cutting, trimming, and using power tools to produce high-quality finished products. 
Material Handling - Proficiency in handling and working with a variety of materials such as vinyl, acrylic, metal, wood, and foam board. Understanding material properties and best practices for cutting, adhering, and finishing each type.  
Dimensional Lettering and Graphics - Skilled in creating and installing dimensional lettering and graphics, ensuring precise alignment and secure mounting. 
Routing and Cutting - Experience with CNC routing and laser cutting for creating intricate and custom sign designs. Ability to set up and operate equipment, including software programming and material setup. 
Finishing and Installation - Proficient in applying finishing touches such as laminating, mounting, and framing. Experience with sign or display installation, both indoor and outdoor, ensuring stability and durability.

  • Maintain an open line of communication and work cooperatively with all business partners.

Presentation (Personal & Department Conditions)

  • Portray a professional appearance and be a positive role model for all Associates in the department in accordance with the Company Dress Code Policy.
  • Ensure Unit Price Labels (tags) for all items are maintained and are current.
  • Monitor Dairy storage area for cleanliness, neatness and preparation for next shift (i.e. making bale, reclamation, plastic, pallets).
  • Ensure all merchandise is fully stocked and rotated in display cases, shelves and other applicable displays according to tag allocation and department standards.
  • Ensure all product is blocked and faced in accordance with Company policy or as assigned.
  • Ensure that featured sale merchandise is signed in accordance with Company and regulatory standards.

Efficiency (Department Operations & Regulatory Compliance)

  • Understand and utilize all required applications and current technology as relates to Dairy Operations.
  • Verify accuracy of invoices to actual product received.
  • Ensure all reports and records are accurate, complete and retained in accordance with Company policy.
  • Ensure the quality of all product received and secure properly in appropriate storage areas.
  • Ensure the accuracy of item pricing, item locator and shelf allocation.
  • Ensure reclamation or return-to-stock product procedures are followed in accordance with Company policy.
  • Ensure in-store pricing procedures and in-store transfers are followed in accordance with Company policy.
  • Understand and adhere to Local, State and Federal regulations as relates to Dairy Operations.
  • Understand the impact of department financials and how to adjust department operations to ensure goals are achieved.
  • Understand and adhere to Company shrink guidelines as relates to Dairy Operations.
  • Clearly communicate and consistently enforce department and Company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain proper staffing to meet projected sales and Customer Experience needs.
  • Complete all applicable department training programs.
  • Maintain punctual and regular attendance and work overtime as assigned.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with all Local, State, and Federal Department of Labor Minor Regulations for any Associates under 18 years of age.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
