QC Microbiology Supervisor
The Micro Supervisor’s main roles would be the day-to-day operation of the microbial lab and release of products. Communicates day-to-day laboratory activities with the Micro Manager.

- Provides technical assistance and interface with other departments to improve efficiencies, work flow, and cut costs. Communicates effectively throughout the organization to ensure quality issues are addressed.
- Develops and validates new methods and procedures. Communicates new procedures to others and ensures adequate training is conducted.
- Advocates GMP & GLP regulations and ensures that all laboratory activities and documentation meet compliance standards.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements including FDA, EPA, DNR, BATF, and OSHA.
- Actively participates in all safety programs.
- Coordinate and approve all OOS & incident investigations, deviations, and NCRs. Ability to complete Phase I and II of OOS investigations.
- Reviews and revises all laboratory policies, procedures, test methods, and job descriptions

ducation Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or related field and 6 years microbiology laboratory experience.
Experience Requirements:
A minimum of 8 years in a leadership role in an OTC (over-the-counter) drug or medical device manufacturing facility, with a majority of that experience in a Microbiology Lab environment. Experience in representing an OTC company during customer audits including contract customers and 3rd party auditors. A comprehensive knowledge of the FD&C Act and 21 CFR Parts 210/211 & 11 along with industry required standards for pharmaceutical and OTC drugs. Superior communication and leadership skills required.
Competencies:
Project management, technical writing, data analysis, knowledge of Microbiology laboratory testing and practices, and knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices are mandatory.

Job Summary
The Director of Maintenance serves as the on-site leader responsible for overseeing all aircraft maintenance and service operations to ensure aircraft safety, airworthiness, and operational readiness. This role ensures that all maintenance activities are performed in full compliance with FAA regulations, the Repair Station Manual (RSM), the Quality Control Manual (QCM), and approved maintenance documentation.

4. Personnel Leadership & Training
- Ensure maintenance personnel are properly trained, qualified, and authorized to perform assigned responsibilities.

5. Operational Performance Management

Compensation:
The first two weeks of training are paid at an hourly rate of $16.90 to $16.90 per hour, at the minimum wage rate in the location where you work. After training the hourly rate remains the same and incentive eligibility begins. This position is eligible to earn bi-weekly and monthly incentives, as well as quarterly written sales bonus. Incentive rates range from 0.25% to 30% depending on products sold and written sales volume. - Work 12-hour night shifts from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- 3 days per week, full-time schedule
- Practice independently and demonstrate awareness of all clinical situations
- Provide routine and complex nursing care utilizing the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation
- Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
- Administer medications and treatments using appropriate protocols
- Monitor for side-effects and effectiveness of prescribed treatments
- Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided
- Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members and caregivers
- Make appropriate assignments and delegate to other care providers
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred

- Cardiac Cath Lab Job Details:
- Work full-time schedule of 4 ten-hour shifts per week
- Rotating weekends and evening/weekend call required
- 30-minute callback radius applicable
- Plan and coordinate quality nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac procedures
- Provide patient care pre, intra, and post procedure utilizing ANA Standards of Nursing Practice
- Experience circulating and providing patient care in pre and post procedure areas required
- Work in both traditional Cath Lab and Hybrid Cath Lab settings
- Current Colorado RN license, Compact RN License or eligibility to obtain required
- Current BLS and ACLS issued by the American Heart Association required
- Minimum of 3 years RN Cath Lab/EP experience required
- Vascular and/or CVOR experience is a plus
- Flu vaccination mandatory (no declinations accepted)
