As a Staff Product Security Engineer, you will serve as a technical architect of trust and the primary connective tissue between Security, Product, and Engineering teams. You will be responsible for translating complex global security requirements into actionable, automated engineering solutions, acting as the "go-to" expert for the Security Features team.

As a senior technical member of the team, you will exercise significant latitude in defining technical objectives and architectural approaches to complex challenges. Leveraging a deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native platforms, you will lead high-impact, security-driven initiatives across the entire Cloudera product suite.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will:

• Architect and maintain advanced build tooling to automate and accelerate vulnerability remediation across all engineering pillars.

• Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) and evaluate third-party security tools to enhance our security posture without compromising developer velocity.

• Design and develop core security features, including FIPS compliance, TLS/Encryption, Secrets Rotation, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Certificate Management.

• Drive root-cause analysis and triage for complex, product-wide stability issues related to security infrastructure.

• Engineer specialized observability tools, such as encryption inventories, to audit and measure security standards during feature delivery.

• Author comprehensive design specifications and test plans for cross-component security features, providing technical clarity in the face of ambiguity.

• Elevate the team's technical bar through high-quality code reviews, documentation standards, and active mentorship of engineering talent.

• Partner across organizational lines, collaborating with internal stakeholders and senior management to resolve customer escalations and align with long-term objectives.

We're excited about you if you have (Required Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience) with 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• Deep technical expertise in containerized environments, specifically Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker.

• Strong command of general-purpose and scripting languages, including Java, Python, Go, and Bash.

• Proven experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Helm to automate secure infrastructure rollouts.

• Expert-level experience automating complex CI/CD pipelines using platforms such as GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.

• Exceptional troubleshooting skills with a track record of identifying root causes for site outages and resolving P1 escalations.

You may also have (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience with Post-Quantum Cryptography to support upcoming product transitions.

• Practical experience with FIPS 140-3, TLS 1.3, and modern encryption standards.

• Proven ability to automate CVE remediation and integrate SAST/DAST scanning tools-such as Trivy, Aquasec, Tenable, or Fortify-into developer workflows.

• Familiarity with government compliance frameworks and industry standards including FedRAMP, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.

What You Will Do

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced IAM Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise identity governance and cloud security solutions. The role will focus on architecting and deploying SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and other solutions from SailPoint Technologies to strengthen identity lifecycle management, access governance, and cloud security across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement enterprise Identity and Access Management and identity governance solutions.
• Lead the design and deployment of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Define architecture for identity lifecycle management, access certifications, role-based access control (RBAC), and policy enforcement.
• Design integrations between SailPoint and enterprise systems, directories, and SaaS applications.
• Architect IAM controls across cloud environments such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Establish identity governance frameworks to support least privilege, compliance, and security policies.
• Provide architectural guidance to engineering teams and stakeholders on IAM and cloud security best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years experience in IAM and identity governance architecture.
• Strong hands-on expertise with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and/or SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Experience designing scalable IAM architectures for enterprise and cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access reviews, RBAC, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with API integrations, identity connectors, and enterprise directory services.

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Security & Loss Prevention Specialist to help protect company assets, maintain facility security, and support safe daily operations. This role works closely with operations and leadership teams to minimize loss related to theft, vandalism, and security violations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with third-party security personnel and vendors
• Monitor personnel and visitor access points
• Complete daily security checklists and incident reports
• Communicate visitor guidelines, waivers, and facility policies
• Conduct routine security walk-throughs of the facility
• Verify dock doors and access points are secured at the end of shifts
• Perform spot checks on containers and outbound materials when required
• Monitor work areas for unauthorized materials or restricted devices
• Inspect outbound packages for proper labels and accuracy
• Report security concerns or policy violations to management
• Ensure visitors sign in and wear assigned badges
• Monitor surveillance cameras and report equipment issues
• Monitor docks, emergency exits, and restricted areas for unauthorized access

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Information Systems Security Engineer to design, implement, and manage security solutions for cloud environments. The selected candidate will lead security engineering efforts, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to ensure compliance with DoD and federal cybersecurity standards. This role will primarily support CLIN 5 and is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in cloud security, InfoSec engineering, and risk management within federal programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage information security engineering designs and solutions for cloud environments.
• Identify system security threats, vulnerabilities, and risks; develop and implement mitigation plans.

• Oversee assessment and mitigation of system security risks throughout the program life cycle.
• Validate system security requirements and perform security analyses to ensure compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in information security engineering or cloud security roles.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and security best practices.
• Experience with system security designs, threat modeling, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
• Understanding of hardware, software, and network security principles in cloud environments.
• Experience working in federal or DoD programs is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, security-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with DevSecOps practices and security automation.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code security controls and compliance tools.
• Knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and secure cloud configurations.

Certifications:

• IAT Level II certification required.
• Must obtain one or more Cloud Certifications within 6 months of hire (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud preferred).
