Position Responsibilities:

• Develop software requirements and design for a Vehicle Management System (VMS)

• Apply model-based system engineering techniques to design and verify system requirements

• Interpret requirements to formulate and test mathematical models

• Work with subject matter experts, design solutions for a variety of capabilities such as airplane subsystems (i.e. actuation), signal processing, redundancy management, system monitoring, and controls

• Coordinate and integrate requirements across engineering disciplines

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking a Vehicle Management System (VMS) Senior Manager to support a proprietary Air Dominance portfolio program located in Berkeley, MO.

The VMS senior manager leads a multi-disciplined team to define, procure, develop, integrate and test an air vehicle VMS. The VMS team is responsible for requirements definition, verification, and validation; hardware selection and integration; VMS software development; and integrated testing in the laboratory and on the final product. The manager will also coordinate with mission systems software, central maintenance software, GN&C, and subsystems managers on program to ensure the integrated VMS product meets requirements. The VMS Leader will also ensure alignment with other portfolio programs on hardware strategies and standards as appropriate. Role Overview

The BMS (Battery Management System) Architect – AUTOSAR BSW Development is responsible for defining, designing, and guiding the implementation of the BSW software architecture for Battery Management Systems based on the AUTOSAR Classic Platform.

This includes ownership of the AUTOSAR BSW stack integration, ECU architecture, safety concept alignment, and software interfaces for highvoltage battery functions such as SOC/SOH/SOE estimation, cell monitoring, diagnostics, thermal management, and communication.

The architect collaborates closely with system engineering, functional safety, hardware engineering, and platform software teams to ensure a compliant, scalable, and production-ready BMS software solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the AUTOSAR-based BMS ECU Software Architecture including BSW and CDD module distribution in multicore environment.
• Own BSW configuration & integration (MCAL, ECU Abstraction, Services, Communication stack).
• Ensure design is compliant with ISO 26262 (ASILD)
• Participate in safety work products: FMEDA, safety concepts
• Collaborate on cybersecurity requirements aligned with ISO 21434.
• Provide technical direction to AUTOSAR BSW developers and integrators.
• Act as technical liaison with OEM, Tier-1 suppliers, AUTOSAR vendors, and toolchain providers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in AUTOSAR Classic Platform (BSW CAN Stack, MCAL, RTE, Multicore OS, MPU, SMU, NVM, Diagnostics like UDS, ZEV, OBD).
• Hands-on experience with tools: ETAS ISOLAR tool, EB Tresos, Vector CANdela, CANoe, INCA, PREEvision.
• Deep understanding of - Functional safety (ISO 26262), BMS high-voltage system behavior, MCU architectures (Infineon AURIX TC3xx)
• Strong embedded C expertise
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership
• Ability to handle OEM discussions on architecture topics.

The Learning Management System (LMS) Specialist plays a critical role within our Learning Ecosystem, partnering closely with HR and with Team Members across the organization. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Curriculum.

In this position, you will own the tasks and activities related to Workday Learning, including building courses, learning paths, and programs. Also, maintaining regular assignments and working with HR technology to build easy-to-use reporting for key training metrics and measures. This role will also work with our content vendors, troubleshoot issues or concerns, and build relationships with our account management team.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the LMS, including audience management, course setup, and content uploads.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to users, including assisting Nouria Team Members with LMS navigation and functionality.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and content creators to develop and implement online courses and assessments.

Qualifications and Skills:

• College degree or equivalent experience required

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop software requirements and design for a Vehicle Management System (VMS)

• Apply model-based system engineering techniques to design and verify system requirements

• Interpret requirements to formulate and test mathematical models

• Work with subject matter experts, design solutions for a variety of capabilities such as airplane subsystems (i.e. actuation), signal processing, redundancy management, system monitoring, and controls

• Coordinate and integrate requirements across engineering disciplines

• Verify and validate software against designed requirements in virtual and hardware test environments

• Conduct analysis to support certification of a Vehicle Management System

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement

• 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Engineering experience with Vehicle Management Systems

• Experience with modeling and simulation

• Experience in Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow

• Experience with software requirements, software design, hardware/software integration and testing

• Knowledge of VMS design activities (HW/SW design, integration, modeling, and test procedure development)

• Knowledge of air vehicle subsystems control architecture

• Knowledge of air vehicle flight control systems

• Experience with Microsoft Visio, Clearcase, C++, C#, Visual Studio, Python

• An active Secret clearance is highly desirable

Job Overview

The Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Analyst serves as the on-site liaison between the operations management team and the Information Technology team, and plays a role of a super user in the utilization of the system. They would be responsible for day-to-day system maintenance and troubleshooting. First point of contact for assistance, questions, issues, training others, etc. at the operations level. Work with Operations teams, IT, and Engineering groups to ensure optimal configurations for WMS conversions, enhancements, and new business requirements.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

• 
  
• Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Includes program analysts and management consultants.
  
• Serves as the on-site liaison between the Operations Management and Information Technology teams, acting as a super user of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  
• Responsible for day-to-day system maintenance and troubleshooting, and functions as the first point of contact for operational-level assistance, including user questions, issues, and training. Collaborates with Operations, IT, and Engineering teams to ensure optimal system configurations for WMS conversions, enhancements, and new business requirements.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field plus 3 years of experience in warehouse management systems, or related.
  
• A minimum of 3 years of related systems experience.
  

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• 
  
• Requires skills and experience to involve: Expert-level knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS from an operational perspective, including data mining, issue investigation, system adjustments, and development of best practices.
  
• Hands-on experience managing warehouse zones, including movement paths, storage zones, pick zones, and count zones, to ensure efficient workflow and inventory accuracy.
  
• Proven ability to troubleshoot RF (radio frequency) issues, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. Expertise in barcode configuration and management, supporting accurate and efficient inbound, picking, and pack-out processes across multiple product lines.
  
• Strong background in waving processes and shortage resolution, critical to ensuring on-time order fulfillment.
  
• Experience testing within Blue Yonder WMS environments, following documentation best practices to ensure system reliability and consistency.
  
• Skilled in troubleshooting support requests related to WMS and integrated systems or interfaces.
  
• Experience developing and maintaining SOPs and site-specific process documentation to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
  
• Familiarity with shipping quality guidelines, and extensive experience in inventory management and quality control to ensure operational excellence.
