SBM Management is looking to hire an Equipment Tech to join their team! This position is responsible for helping to ensure a clean lab environment, report any lab room or facility problems, clean and organize lab facilities, glass washing tasks, keep daily log of duties as required, perform other related duties as required and request cleaning materials as needed. Keep assigned areas clean and in an orderly condition. Work successfully with co-workers, customers, contractors, & others. Understand and follow instructions, both verbal and written. Responsibilities include:

- In Process Tag documentation, if applicable.
- Kanban parts.

- Operation of the Palltronic Filter Integrity Tester.
- Setup and visual inspection of autoclave prior to use.
- Daily/weekly maintenance (Bowie and Dick, Vacuum Hold Test).
- Loading of parts/equipment for sterilization.

- Storing/delivering of sterilized parts.

Qualifications include:
- Experience in aseptic or GMP/regulated manufacturing. H.S. diploma or GED or equivalent combination of training and experience. Completed all safety, environmental and task training certifications.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety and environmental rules, equipment operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to speak effectively to customers, co-workers, contactors, and team members. Very good communications and decision-making skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and/or other technical documents a plus not required. English language proficiency in reading and writing.

The Cook position is responsible for the preparation, production, and presentation of a variety of foods, completion of production sheets and with other associated food service activities.
Responsibilities- Performs all main line food production duties with specific items determined by assigned shift.
- Reviews the needs of the day with assigned supervisor(s), completes production sheets, reviews maintenance reports, and verifies supply needs and availability.
- Assists assigned supervisors with menu and recipe development.
- Is responsible for quantity and quality control in food production as well as overall sanitation of assigned areas.
- May assist in the supervision and training of food service personnel.
- Arranges for kitchen helpers/assistants to complete smaller item preparation.
- Verifies and oversees food serving lines, areas, bars, etc., making sure they are properly stocked, set up, and cleaned.
- Using a working knowledge of all general food service area positions, this position "fills in" for any one of these positions at a moment's notice.
- Observes and instructs others on the proper rotation procedures to be followed for produce and dairy products.

The Shipping Associate 1 position is an entry-level position in which specific tasks will be explained and expected to be followed. Training for various types of packing will be given and the Shipping Associate 1 will then need to successfully perform those tasks.

Maintains and processes shipments for the Club in accordance with Company policies and procedures by developing and posting delivery schedules, compiling and organizing receiving reports, verifying merchandise counts, routing merchandise to proper locations, and paying expenses. Receives merchandise for the Facility and organizes and maintains the Receiving area by following Company procedures, utilizing equipment appropriately, merchandising, and completing required documentation. Tracks and processes claims by returning damaged goods, handling liquidation merchandise, maintaining and cleaning the clearance area, and utilizing technology to capture required reporting and documentation. Maintains safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, following proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following company steel standard guidelines, and correcting and/or reporting unsafe situations to facility management. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in executing business processes and practices. Grill Cook Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing each order by following company recipes, carryout procedures, and plating standards
- Ensures proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed
- Prepare visibly appealing meals; preparing all items in a timely manner; delivering hot and fresh meals
- Follows recipe and storyboards to prepare and cook meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, and other foods according to proper preparation methods per the current Bob Evans recipe book
- Works with approved cooking equipment and cooking methods to deliver high quality meals
- Responsible for practicing and upholding health and sanitation standards
- Maintains high standards of personal grooming. Washes hands frequently. Wears gloves to prevent bare hand contact. Promptly changes apron if it becomes soiled
- Understands and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
- Must maintain high standards of quality and appearance for all food prepared and served
- Prioritizes food preparation so that all items for check are finished at the same time
- Properly maintain and operate equipment effectively. Complete working knowledge of the safe and efficient use of all kitchen equipment
