We are current representing a company that is a premier, full-service construction management and general contracting firm that operates nationwide with a strong presence in the Southwest.
Established over 15 years ago, the organization has built a reputation as a "solution driver," acting as a dedicated partner to clients across a diverse range of sectors, including high-tech (data centers and semiconductors), healthcare, aviation, education, and municipal projects.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Mastering the Flow: You won’t just "watch work." You’ll lead Pull Planning sessions with trade partners to ensure the sequence is flawless. No more "waiting on the sparkies" because the drywallers showed up early.
- Mission Critical Strategy: You’ll oversee the most complex parts of the build—Commissioning (Cx), MEP integrations, and clean-room environments where there is zero margin for error.
- Mentoring the "Pups": You’ll have a team of Assistant Superintendents and Field Engineers. Your job is to train them to be as good as you are.
- Safety as a Value: You’ll lead a jobsite where safety isn't a "check-the-box" activity, but a core part of the Servant Leadership culture.
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
- The "Mission Critical" Gut: You’ve spent years in the dirt on Data Centers, Hospitals, or Life Science projects. You understand the "lifeblood" of these buildings (the MEP systems) better than the engineers do.
- 12–15+ Years of Field Grit: You started in the trades or came up through the field. You have the "scar tissue" from successful data center builds to prove you can handle the pressure.
- The Lean Mindset: You’re tired of the "old way" of building. You’re ready to use Outbuild or Link-it to coordinate your trades and shave weeks off the schedule.
- Presence: When you walk into the trailer, people listen—not because you're loud, but because you're the most prepared person in the room.
