Coverage Needed

• Start Date: 04/20/2026
• End Date: 26 weeks from start date
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Coverage Type: Scheduled + On Call required
• Shift: Day
• Call: Office call only after hours and weekends
• Float: Coverage needed at a few local locations

Clinical Details

• Practice Setting: Pain Management
• Procedures: ESI (cervical, thoracic, lumbar), MBB (cervical, thoracic, lumbar), RFA (cervical, thoracic, lumbar), Nerve blocks, Trigger point injections, Sacroiliac joint injections, Spinal cord stimulator (trials only), Genicular nerve blocks, Genicular RFA, Intercoseal nerve blocks, Piriformis injections
• EMR: Epic
• Support Staff: Secretary, LPN onsite during clinic days
• Patient Age Group: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
• Acuity Level: Ambulatory only

Requirements

• Board Certifications: Pain Management, Board Eligible or Board Certified
• State Licenses: New York
• Certifications: BLS
• Minimum Experience: 1-2 years post fellowship
• Fellowship: Required, but not ACGME accredited
• Epic Experience: Required
• Professional Attire Required
• Lunch Breaks: Typically 12-1 PM
• Ensure work history is up to date with no gaps of 30+ days
• If malpractice is involved, a physician statement is required
