The Retirement Plan Services Consultant is the responsible for managing client relationships, including employee education, and promoting trust and retirement plan services to new and existing customers.

As a Retirement Plan Services Consultant, you will:


  • Manage assigned client relationships and maintain contact with existing customers to ensure high quality service delivery and to develop additional business.
  • Develop new retirement plan services and trust business.
  • Keep abreast of new regulations relative to retirement plans and legal and tax consequences and strategies.
  • Advise clients, concerning the design and administration of pension, profit sharing and other retirement benefit trust plans.
  • Work with others in the trust department to achieve team goals and objectives, including assistance in the development of marketing/client materials.
  • Support and participate in the management of the bank's goals and objectives through referrals and cross selling opportunities.
  • Participate in community and business activities to enhance the image and position of the bank and to develop new business for the trust department.

Primary Purpose

Supervises, organizes and coordinates the clinical and technical aspects of services rendered to ensure the delivery of timely and quality services.

Education

Must be a graduate of an accredited imaging program for any of the following primary pathways:

- Radiography
- Magnetic Resonance Imaging
- Nuclear Medicine Technology

Prefer a Bachelors Degree in health care field.

Experience

Must have four (4) years of progressive responsibility in Radiology operations, including knowledge of procedures, workflow within assigned Radiology area, quality monitoring, and general operational troubleshooting.

Certification/Registration/Licensure

If hired in Mammography- 70550 & 89000 (MA):

- Must have American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) (M) certification as a Mammography Technologist, or registry from ARDMS with subspecialty registration in Breast Sonography (BR).

CPR Certification

- Identifies achievable initiatives to improve work processes and improve customer (internal as well as external) satisfaction. Responsible for monitoring satisfaction results as appropriate to ensure the support of the overall goals of radiology and the mission of Parkland. Assists in meeting or exceeding annual patient satisfaction goals established by radiology leadership and Parkland.
- Monitors and ensures QC/QA compliance with all relevant laws, state and federal regulations, licensing and accreditation requirements, hospital and departmental standards for safety, infection control and equipment performance. Provides timely access to equipment, supplies, and logistical support to the Information Technology, Bio Medical, Clinical Engineering and Medical Physicists departments. Facilitates/follow-up with repairs and maintenance as needed on equipment and supplies. Troubleshoots system and equipment issues as needed.
- Provide patient care as a Technologist when appropriate; responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing basic and/or complex procedures on assigned patients to ensure that scanning needs are met. Review physician orders and applicability to the imaging protocol. Screen patients for safety and review any contraindications for exams which would prohibit or modify the exam. If modification of an imaging protocol is necessary consult with radiologist to determine appropriate sequences, parameters, etc. Document changes as appropriate in electronic health record. Ensure other resources have been scheduled accordingly. Interviews patient (two patient identifier) conducts patient screening and obtains medical history pertaining to procedures clinical criteria. Explains procedure and instructs patient on necessary requirements needed to provide diagnostic images. Answers questions/screening concerning procedures, medications, etc. for relevant exams. Assists the physician as needed in performing procedures. Ensures that images and records are properly completed with patient identification data and appropriate labeling. Utilizes technical knowledge and skills to perform procedures accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with age specific criteria. Completes exam charges and image documentation in a timely manner. Administers contrast material/medication in the correct dosage, route and observes patients for adverse reactions, within the scope of licensure. Engages in equitable distribution of departmental workloads. Coordinates continuity of patient care to the varying locations. Provides escalation and add on assistance with scheduling modality exams. Available for assistance during scheduled downtime procedures.
- Assists with the implementation of new programs related to modality (software, research, educational). Provide quotes from vendors for operational and/or capital budgets. Identifies supply needs, monitors expiration dates of all supplies and takes appropriate action.
- Participates in departmental Performance Improvement Programs, radiology user groups such as Radiology User Group (RUG), understands ICARE and its relationship to the work environment, attends department and modality meetings satisfactorily. Functions in the department as part of an interdisciplinary team and collaborates in the care and service delivery process of patient care through effective communication with other service lines. Demonstrates conscious effort to be good stewards of hospital resources to ensure Parkland financial goals are met.

Lower Lights Christian Health Center (LLCHC) transforms the overall health of Central Ohio, serving one individual at a time. We are focused on whole-person wellness, available to ALL in Central Ohio who need it, regardless of ability to pay! In 2019 alone, we served over 12,000 patients - with 40% being uninsured - and totaled 50,000+ medical encounters!

Operating out of seven locations, we offer medical care (primary care, dental, vision, OB/GYN, telehealth), behavioral and psychiatric care, a low-cost pharmacy, nutritional assistance programs, and more. Working hours are Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday morning coverage.

JOB SUMMARY

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering a high volume of incoming calls from patients and accurately schedule their appointments or manage their request while ensuring a high level of customer service and confidentiality while maximizing productivity. The representative is also responsible for accurate and timely handling of work assignments received from multiple electronic platforms while establishing and maintaining good interpersonal relationships with patients, their families, the public, and co-workers. This position works collaboratively with interdepartmental staff to assist the patient and facilitate successful patient interaction with the practice team. This position reflects and carries forward the practice's mission and goals internally and throughout the community

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITY 1. Demonstrates the ability to efficiently function in the business office.

* Greet callers in a prompt, courteous and professional manner using a pleasant and friendly phone voice.

* Ability to screen calls and accurately document messages while maintaining the confidentiality of patient and employee information.

* Ability to operate multiple computer applications simultaneously and efficiently.

* Ability to read, write and understand English and Spanish (fluently).

RESPONSIBILITY 2. Possesses the skills necessary to organize and process daily workload

* Schedule, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments received from multiple channels according to department scheduling procedure.

* Work towards meeting department key call and productivity metrics.

* Works well independently and has a strong attention to detail.

* Demonstrates effective time management and organizational skills.

RESPONSIBILITY 3. Possesses interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships with others and function independently.

Strategic Account Executive - AI Data Services

HumanSignal is looking for an exceptional Strategic Account Executive to drive growth with the world's most innovative AI companies. You'll be selling at the cutting edge: our Label Studio platform and Data Creation Laboratory services power the training data behind breakthrough AI applications at frontier labs and Fortune 500 enterprises.

This isn't traditional SaaS sales. Our customers are building the futureadvanced language models, autonomous systems, embodied AI, and applications that don't exist yet. They need purpose-built datasets manufactured from scratch, not scraped from the web. You'll be selling both our platform technology and our operational capability to create novel training data in controlled environments. The technical depth, deal complexity, and strategic importance of these relationships make this one of the most exciting sales roles in AI infrastructure.

You'll own relationships with AI leaders like Anthropic, OpenAI, Google DeepMind, Meta, Nvidia, Tesla, and others pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Your success will directly enable the next generation of AI breakthroughs.

You Will:

  • Own strategic accounts: Drive the entire relationship with our most important AI customersfrom initial engagement through expansion and renewal
  • Hunt and close new logos: Identify and win new customers among frontier AI labs, tech giants building AI capabilities, and innovative robotics companies
  • Navigate complex organizations: Build deep relationships with executive stakeholders across engineering, ML research, product, and operations within customer organizations
  • Drive revenue growth: Expand wallet share by identifying new use cases, additional business units, and opportunities to deepen our partnership
  • Orchestrate internally: Lead cross-functional teams including delivery operations, engineering, product, and laboratory operations to develop winning strategies and flawless execution
  • Be the customer advocate: Serve as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product roadmap and operational capabilities based on market needs
  • Solve complex problems: Navigate technical requirements, custom data creation scenarios, and novel use cases that have never been done before
  • Think strategically: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that position HumanSignal as the long-term data infrastructure partner
  • Close significant deals: Structure and negotiate contracts ranging from $500K to $5M+ with sophisticated technical and business buyers

Ideally You'd Have:

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales or account management experience with a track record of exceeding quota
  • 2+ years selling deeply technical products or services to both business and technical audiences (ML engineers, researchers, AI/ML leaders)
  • Proven success closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals in the $500K-$5M+ range
  • Experience in AI/ML, data infrastructure, cloud services, or other technical domains where you've sold to engineering and research teams
  • Ability to understand technical concepts quickly and translate them into business value
  • Strong consultative selling skills with ability to uncover needs, navigate ambiguity, and co-create solutions
  • Executive presence and experience developing relationships with C-level stakeholders
  • Track record of driving renewals and expansion within strategic accounts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating executive-level materials
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Strong project management abilities and exceptional organizational skills
  • Passion for AI and excitement about working at the frontier of what's possible
