Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Lead Glazier to join our field team. In this role, you will take ownership of glass installation projects from start to finish — managing on-site execution, leading crew members, and ensuring every job is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for an experienced glazier ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews on commercial and residential glazing projects
• Install, repair, and replace glass products including shower doors, mirrors, partitions, glass repair and storefront framing.
• Take accurate field measurements and communicate specifications to the shop and project team
• Ensure all work meets safety standards, building codes, and company quality expectations
• Coordinate with the Field Manager and office team on scheduling, materials, and job updates
• Train and mentor junior glaziers and helpers on proper techniques and safety protocols
• Conduct pre-job site assessments and report any issues or scope changes promptly
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition
• Represent Top Pro Glass professionally with clients and contractors on-site

Qualifications

• 5+ years of glazing/glass installation experience, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory role
• Strong ability to read blueprints and take precise field measurements
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL a plus)
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work at heights using ladders and lifts
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor with clients and coworkers
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to doing the job right the first time
