I am looking for a contractor to run one of my window installation crews here in Tucson.
MUST HAVE A TRUCK CAPABLE OF TOWING A 16" UTILITY TRAILER daily.

Also looking for general workers for the crew, Starting March 23rd.

We install vinyl windows and sliding glass doors (replacment) Monday - Saturday, 07:30 AM y Job completion (between 3 and 8 hours).
The lead will be in charge of the crew, job quality and driving the trailer each day, ensuring good comunication with me.

Glazing expieriance is a big plus, but I can train you from the ground up if necessary. Must have a drivers license, social security number and a bank account for direct deposits (weekly payments) Must be available Monday - Saturday, 7:30 AM - job completion You must have a cellphone. You will get dirty, dusty, and be in the sun for multiple hours (although I do provide ice, drinks and cooler) but mild-moderate labor is a normal, daily thing. Being able to work outdoors on your feet for hours at a time (take breaks as needed) is essential, as well as lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally. Its not extremely demanding work, but some days get rough. Some days we dont have work, it all depends on customers being available to schedule. No garuntees on constant M-Sat work. You get paid for days you work, not when we have a day off. Pay; daily flat day-rate of $150 during training, then increases to $175/day, up to $200/day based on performance.

I provide all tools, trailer, materials and everything needed to do the job, all you need is a truck and some food.

Construction EXP. is a plus Reliability, care for your work, team work, integrity, drug free/sober with good communication, and making every attempt to finish the job right the first time is key to smooth, efficient crew leads.

General roles:
Installation Leadership: Oversee day-to-day installation operations for windows, doors, and related fixtures.
Quality Control: Ensure proper installation techniques and compliance with industry standards (e.g., AAMA certification).
Team Management: Train, supervise, and mentor installation crew members.
Customer Service: Interact with clients professionally, explaining product functionality.
Safety & Logistics: Maintain a safe job site, handle materials, and manage site preparation.
