SANY'S Syracuse Academy of Science Middle School is excited to announce the immediate opening of a Night Cleaner (PT).
Main responsibilities and tasks:
1. To be responsible for cleaning certain parts of the school as allocated by the Operations Manager and following Health & Safety guidelines.
2. The safe use of chemicals and cleaning materials as instructed by the Operations Manager following Health and Safety guidelines and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
3. To operate cleaning machinery in cleaning soft and hard surfaces, eg. vacuum cleaners and polishers following Health & Safety guidelines.
4. To maintain all School standards of hygiene and safety of all Cleaning equipment and Cleaning Closets in your charge.
5. To report any hazards, defects and any relevant factors of breakdowns of equipment that may be detrimental to safe working practices, immediately to the Operations Manager.
6. Duties to include the following:
Vacuum cleaning hard and soft floors
Spot cleaning of spillages
Wiping furniture, ledges, pipes, paintwork, doors and polishing door glass
Emptying and cleaning bins
Cleaning toilets including sanitary fittings and surrounds
Mopping and spray cleaning hard floor surfaces
Wiping and polishing and straightening furniture
Replenishing janitorial supplies in toilets, etc.
Checking and closing windows, switching off lights after work
Such other duties as may be allocated from time to time
Notes: During periods when the school is closed, routine cleaning is undertaken throughout the school. This may include stripping and sealing floors, high-level dusting, wall washing, etc. Other duties as requested.

This role performs routine and specialized cleaning and maintenance tasks across assigned campus locations and assists with facility preparation for classes, programs, and institutional events.
The position requires schedule flexibility, including late afternoon/evening hours, weekends, and occasional additional coverage to support campus events, emergencies, or weather-related closures.
Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of offices, classrooms, studios, restrooms, and common areas;Restock and maintain custodial supply closets and storage areas;Assist with event setup and breakdown, including room configurations and equipment movement;Support seasonal maintenance activities, including minor wall repairs, painting, and furniture relocation;Report safety concerns, maintenance issues, or emergencies (e.g., water leaks) promptly and accurately;Assist with loading dock operations, including receiving deliveries and supporting campus logistics;Perform minor repairs and upkeep (e.g., vacuums, light bulb replacement, fixture adjustments);Collaborate with Facilities staff, including the Coordinator of Housekeeping Services and Event Support, as needed.

The CNA or HHA serves as a member of the PACE Interdisciplinary Team. Under the direction of a licensed nurse, incumbent participates in all aspects of the planning, implementation and evaluation of personal care and safety for the participants at the ADH and in the community. This is a full-time position, Monday- Friday 8-4 position; no nights, weekends or holidays!
Responsibilities:
- Assists participants with all aspects of personal care at the site, and in the community, as directed.
- Assists with meals at the site, including 1:1 feedings. Follows all diet and fluid restrictions, and encourages diet compliance.
- Assists Nursing with specimen collections, oxygen and vital sign monitoring.
- Reports all medical complaints/changes (participant’s physical, cognitive and/or functional status) to the primary nurse.
- Serves as an escort for medical, and other pertinent appointments as needed.
- Performs all tasks as indicated on daily assignment.
- Restocks supplies and monitors the cleanliness of exam rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and supply closets.
- Sanitizes tables, chairs, water cooler, exam tables, etc.
- Assist with activities, special projects, and therapeutic 1:1.
- Performs vital signs and transfers participants safely.
- Completes required trainings timely and attends monthly meetings and trainings as required.
- Adheres to all policies and procedures.
- Maintains and attend CPR training as required.
- Ability to pass a fit test. Position requires mask where seal is critical. Incumbent is required to not have facial hair that interferes with a tight seal of the respirator.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- HHA certification or equivalent.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience with the geriatric population.
- Ability to relate well to elders and anticipate their needs.

Delaware North Gaming is searching for an experienced a full-time Senior Maintenance Worker to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas . If you are skilled at performing routine work in the repair and general maintenance of facilities, buildings, and equipment, this could be your best bet on your career. What will you do?
- Painting, hanging, and repairing drywall, changing light bulbs, replacing fixtures, and performing similar minor electrical tasks, as well as plumbing work including opening clogged drains, and repairing leaks, and lawn maintenance
- Simple carpentry tasks, such as installing shelves, hooks, or closet rods, and occasionally larger tasks such as office remodels
- Small engine repair and maintenance
- Ensuring tools and equipment are good for use and keeping maintenance room in neat condition
- Operate a motor vehicle when necessary
More about you
- At least 21 years old
- Minimum five years experience in general maintenance or repair for commercial facility required
- Hold and maintain a valid driver s license, pass a motor vehicle record check, and drug test
- Operate a motor vehicle when necessary
- No high school diploma or GED required
Physical requirements
- Carry items up to 50 lbs
- Standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and repetitive movements for length of shift
- Possible exposure to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on season
