This entry-level coordinator will play a critical role in the recruiting lifecycle by scheduling interviews, managing candidate flow, updating the ATS, and assisting with onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, professional attitude. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

They will be assigned to a project that requires utility pole design mapping. They will be given survey packets of the poles they are mapping. These surveys were collected by the people out in the field. With the survey packets they will know the geographic location of the poles and the different assets (wires, boxes, etc.) attached to each pole. They will use all this information to digitally create the design "distribution" map.

This individual will collaborate across estimating, preconstruction, and business development to support company growth and manage multiple projects with a strong understanding of plans, specifications, and systems.
This individual will also oversee all project cost controls including:
