About the Role


We are seeking a pragmatic and business-minded Contracts Manager to join our legal department to help scale and strengthen our buy-side contracting function within our global manufacturing organization.

This position will focus primarily on buy-side contracts for goods and services, including supporting supply chain, IT, HR, and other business functions and will provide critical support to our procurement and legal teams. This role will help bring structure, consistency, and scalability to our buy-side contracting processes as we continue to grow. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and driving consistency across contract processes.

In the first twelve to eighteen months, success in this role will include establishing consistent contract intake and review workflows, creating a usable playbook for common vendor negotiations, improving visibility into renewals and key contract terms, and helping us prepare for implementation of a CLM system.

In This Role, You Will

The Systems Architect, Camera and Vision Technologies is responsible for defining and guiding the architecture for camera hardware, vision pipelines, and vision-enabled capabilities deployed on devices and edge platforms. This role ensures that camera and vision solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and aligned with enterprise product and platform objectives.

The architect partners closely with product management, device and edge software teams, AI/ML teams, hardware engineering, and digital solution leaders to translate business and customer requirements into robust camera and vision foundations that enable consistent behavior, efficient lifecycle management, and high-quality user experiences.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Camera and Vision Architecture Strategy
  • Define and maintain reference architectures, design patterns, and standards for camera hardware, vision pipelines, and edge-based vision processing.
  • Establish common approaches for camera integration, image acquisition, preprocessing, inference pipelines, and data management.
  • Ensure architectural decisions support real-time operation, scalability, reliability, safety, and security.
Innovation Leadership
  • Drive the strategic use of camera and vision technologies to enable safety, productivity, automation, and maintenance use cases.
  • Own a portion of the internal technology radar related to cameras, vision sensors, and visual analytics.
  • Foster responsible, ethical, and transparent use of vision technologies aligned with privacy, cybersecurity, and safety requirements.
Product and Platform Enablement
  • Partner with product management and engineering teams to enable vision-based capabilities such as event detection, situational awareness, condition monitoring, and automation support.
  • Guide architectural decisions related to camera selection, optics, illumination, environmental constraints, and edge compute limitations.
  • Promote reuse and consistency of camera and vision components across products and platforms.
Integration and Interoperability
  • Define patterns for integration between camera and vision technologies, edge AI/ML solutions, device software, hybrid mobile applications, and enterprise or cloud-based platforms.
  • Ensure solutions support online, offline, and hybrid deployment models common in industrial environments.
  • Promote interoperability with internal systems and approved third-party technologies.
Security, Safety, and Quality
  • Define secure-by-design and safety-aligned principles for camera and vision deployment, including data protection and access controls.
  • Ensure alignment with applicable safety, quality, and industrial cybersecurity standards.
  • Participate in architecture and design reviews to assess risk, resilience, and compliance.
Technical Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate across product management, device and edge software, AI/ML, hardware engineering, manufacturing, service, and mobile application teams.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance related to camera and vision technologies.
  • Serve as the technical voice for vision-based capabilities in strategic customer conversations and enterprise implementations when appropriate.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • This role does not have direct reports but is expected to provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across multiple teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Vision, or a related technical field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience delivering camera- or vision-enabled systems, with experience deploying solutions in industrial or edge environments.
  • Experience with connected, automated, or safety-critical systems preferred.
Knowledge / Skill Requirements
  • Strong understanding of camera systems, optics, image processing, and computer vision architectures.
  • Experience designing vision pipelines that balance performance, latency, accuracy, and environmental constraints.
  • Ability to think systemically across cameras, sensors, edge platforms, AI/ML, mobile applications, and cloud services.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with industrial automation, safety systems, or vision-based sensing is a plus.

How You'll Contribute:



This full-time (40hr./wk.) position is responsible for the safe and timely transportation and delivery of equipment and materials as needed between Diversified warehouses and client job sites. Additionally, this position is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the warehouse. This position is accountable for the warehouse's inventory accuracy, organization, and control of incoming shipments, as well as the timely, properly documented execution of outgoing shipments, including RMAs. The position entails a service-oriented approach; proactively supporting local and global project teams with all warehouse activities is required, as well as the ability to collaborate and communicate with a variety of other departments and warehouses.

What You'll Do:





  • This position is required to deliver products and materials to job sites and between buildings.

  • Ensure that outbound shipping requests are processed in a timely manner and in accordance with project specifications, as well as Diversified
    shipping and inventory control procedures. Confirm all documentation and data entry is complete and accurate before releasing the shipment.

  • Maintain a safe and clean warehouse facility: breakdown boxes and control waste; store shipping pallets and other warehouse materials and equipment; follow procedures and inventory control processes; comply with safety policies.

  • Unload and receive deliveries: process receipt and/or electronically log all incoming packages, based on disposition. Qualify equipment/materials and store according to warehouse layout and project specifications.

  • Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies utilizing RF/ Scan Gun

  • Performs all computer functions necessary to track various aspects of goods.

  • Unpacks, examines, and routes incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages. Receives and processes all defective parts returned for replacement or credit.

  • Weigh, and label outbound shipments, including small package and freight shipments. Recommend cost-effective shipping procedures to staff
    members. Call for couriers in response to staff requests and notify appropriate project teams when incoming courier correspondence is received.

  • Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor

The School of History and Sociology (HSOC) is a uniquely interdisciplinary unit with an intellectual culture of cross-pollination between sociological and historical scholarship, as well as work in science and technology studies. Minimum Qualifications:


Applicants will have an earned research doctorate in Nursing [PhD] or related field or its equivalent, a Master's in Nursing degree or its equivalent, and RN license in Massachusetts or eligibility for licensure. Applicants must have a successful record of teaching with the ability to sustain their program of funded research, secure external funding, and participate in community outreach. The College of Nursing and Health Sciences has three departments, Adult Nursing, Community Nursing, and Medical Laboratory Science. Nursing has a total of 34 full-time faculty members and offers undergraduate and graduate programs in two Departments-Adult Nursing and Community Nursing. The undergraduate degree program has approximately 550 baccalaureate students enrolled in the prelicensure traditional and accelerated, and RN to BS tracks. The College also offers graduate nursing programs at the MS, DNP, and PhD level, with approximately 110 students enrolled across the graduate programs. Nursing is committed to building scholarship in the areas of chronic illness, nursing education, and global population health. Nursing has a long-standing teaching and research collaboration with the College of Engineering. Success Profile:

The Production Assistant supports the Production team in the management of the pre-production and production stages of product (garment) lifecycle from initial prototype to finished goods delivery. Tracks production processes on a daily basis, maintains contact with overseas offices, factories as necessary, inputs purchase orders and maintains data, follows up on preproduction and production samples. Key Accountabilities:

  • Purchase Order Management: Assists in purchase order creation and daily maintenance. Partners with Production Managers, Merchandising and Sales teams to approve, update, and submit purchase order changes. Issues purchase orders to all factories with delivery dates. Orders and tracks tickets to ensure all details are received ahead of production.
  • Order Tracking: Proactively communicates with overseas teams to stay up-to-date on deliveries. Alerts Sales to any changes in delivery timing. Conducts weekly WIP follow-up to maintain accurate production status visibility.
  • Sample Management: Tracks samples for Public Relations and Global Sales channels and assists with special requests. Prepares/steams samples for meetings; sends, receives and opens packages.
  • Production Management: Attends SMS (Salesman Sample) and production fittings to communicate any changes to cost, style, or delivery. Supports pre-costing activities by gathering inputs needed for early cost estimates and margin targets. Assists in ensuring correct duty code pre-classification in the system prior to production execution.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Pulls data to create and update reports and charts; ensures accuracy.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Updates Gerber WebPDM and/or Yunique PLM systems to ensure style information accuracy. Creates new style numbers and ensures all supporting data is accurately entered into PLM. Maintains and updates seasonal fabric standards to ensure consistent usage across programs. Updates care code information seasonally to reflect changes in fabric, construction or compliance requirements.
  • Special Projects: Takes on and completes special projects, as assigned


Education and Experience:

  • At least one year of apparel production professional work experience in a SKU-intensive environment, required
  • College degree, or equivalent professional work experience, required


Skills and Behaviors:

  • Advanced MS Excel skills: data manipulation, pivot tables, v-lookup
  • Working knowledge of WebPDM, PLM, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, an asset
  • Experience using AS400, an asset; open to learn and use the AS400 system, required
  • Strong project management and multi-tasking skills with critical attention to detail
  • Confident, engaging verbal and written communication skills

Position Objective:

The Fabric Manager is responsible for fabric production setup stages within a product-to-production lifecycle. This role will work directly with our production, fabric and design teams.

The ideal candidate will need a strong aesthetic for color, and will monitor product integrity in keeping with timely delivery. The successful individual must be a textile professional and have sound fabric knowledge and good knowledge of managing textile quality.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Attend buy meetings, review standards and send standards to the appropriate factories/mills.
  • Partner with fabric team to develop and maintain working relationships with mills/vendors globally.
  • Mediate and guide any discrepancies between supplier and PD in the sample yardage development communication.
  • Communicate daily with production and materials technical quality standards to both mills and vendors.
  • Offer expertise on fabric construction, component/fabric innovation and technical aspects to internal team, suppliers and factories.
  • Review and approve all fabric-shipping samples for color and quality. This includes but not limited to: lab-dips, handlooms, knit downs, print strike-off, sample yardage and final bulk cut for review.
  • Partner with production team to analyze fabric test reports to ensure company guideline/standards are met and send approval comments.
  • Partner with production and overseas QC team on fabric inspection reports and references related to any bulk shipment issues.
  • Regular communication/touch bases with management to review issues, challenges and directives as it relates to all fabric facets of the product.
  • Daily updating, maintaining of the fabric development T&A and fabric price charts.
  • Organization and maintain fabric library & resources in respective area.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in textiles or design or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum 4-6 years in apparel industry and/or in textiles industry working with fabrics
  • Must have knowledge of Cut & Sew Knits and Wovens
  • Experience in fabric adoption and quality control process within a product lifecycle
  • Very detail oriented and ability to drive to completion with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be highly organized and time sensitive
  • Clear understanding of general fabric development and quality processes in the overall product development lifecycle
  • Solid fabric construction knowledge across a specialized area and general fabric construction understanding across wovens and knits
  • Clear understanding of dyeing, printing, and finishing techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
  • Computer literate in Microsoft office programs

· Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience (2 or more in a store manager role) in a retail environment or related area
