QMS ownership & documentation

  • Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (ISO 13485 & AS9100)
  • Own document control: procedures, forms, records, revision history, approvals, and training linkage
  • Write and maintain SOPs and Work Instructions (WI) that are usable on the shop floor
  • Build/maintain templates and “quality infrastructure” (CAPA, NCR, MRB, supplier scorecards, audit checklists, etc.) so quality work is repeatable and fast

Production quality & inspection

  • Maintain and execute quality control plans and inspection procedures (incoming, in-process, final)
  • Review and approve production travelers/routers, inspection reports, and batch records for completeness and compliance
  • Support measurement and inspection activity as needed (hands-on), including working with GD&T intent and drawing requirements
  • Own calibration control and measurement system discipline (gage control, basic MSA/Gage R&R where appropriate)

Nonconformance, CAPA, and root cause

  • Lead nonconformance containment, disposition (MRB), and corrective/preventive action
  • Drive root cause analysis using structured methods (5-Why, fishbone, etc.)
  • Use data (scrap, rework, yield, escapes, supplier defects) to prioritize improvements and prevent recurrence
  • Audits, suppliers, and external requirements

About the Role

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will serve as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO and the executive owner of enterprise technology and product strategy. This leader will drive scalable architecture, disciplined execution, cybersecurity strength, and AI-enabled innovation across a complex, high-growth legal technology organization. 3. Product & Engineering Execution

  • Drive disciplined product and engineering execution, improving speed, predictability, and quality of delivery.
  • Lead and scale high-performing teams across Engineering, Product, IT, and Data, building sustainable leadership depth.
  • Embed structured development practices and accountability frameworks across full-stack teams.
  • Foster a product-driven culture grounded in operational rigor and continuous improvement.


4. AI & Data Enablement

  • Integrate AI-driven capabilities into products and internal operations to generate measurable efficiency and performance gains.
  • Advance data-driven decision-making across the organization through analytics, reporting, and intelligent workflows.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify automation opportunities that enhance case management and client outcomes.


5. Cross-Functional Leadership & Executive Partnership

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive leadership to align technology strategy with overall business objectives.
  • Strengthen coordination between technology and operations to optimize internal tools, workflows, and productivity.
  • Provide clear, board-level communication on technology strategy, platform health, and long-term scalability planning.
  • Prepare the organization for future scale, integration initiatives, or strategic events.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 15+ years of progressive experience across technology, engineering, and product, with at least 5 years in senior executive leadership roles such as CTO, CPTO, or VP Engineering.
  • Proven success scaling SaaS platforms that directly drive revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Strong expertise in cloud architecture (AWS), enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and modern software development environments.
  • Experience building and leading full-stack teams, ideally within TypeScript ecosystems (Vue.js, Nest.js preferred).
  • Demonstrated success integrating AI capabilities into products and operational workflows.
  • Strong operational discipline combined with strategic foresight and willingness to engage hands-on when required.
  • Exceptional executive presence with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and influence at board level.
  • Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and strategic influence at board and client levels.
  • Advanced degree preferred.

The Procurement Category Manager will be a key member of the newly formed Corporate Procurement team at Helix Traffic Solutions, supporting the company’s transformation towards a centralized and data-driven purchasing function.


The Category Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing plans for products and services related to traffic management, including traffic signals, road safety equipment, signage, and intelligent traffic systems. The Category Manager will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with project requirements and business objectives. The role will report to the Director of Procurement, who oversees the strategic, operational, and tactical execution of the company's centralized purchasing capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
