Litigation Associate Attorney (Miami)

Innovative Driven is currently seeking a Litigation Associate Attorneyto join the nationally recognized team at a Global AmLaw law firm in Miami.

This full-time and hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 days remote) role at the law firm's office in Miami, Florida.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs
• Conduct depositions and argue motions
• Assist with hearings, mediations, and trials
• Participate in depositions, conferences, hearings, trials and all other aspects of employment litigation
• Conduct legal and employment research and analysis
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategy and assess risk
• Maintain client communication and provide regular case updates

REQUIREMENTS:

• Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida
• A minimum of three years’ experience of litigation
• Experience managing discovery, motion practice, and client communications
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Judicial clerkship experience is preferred
