This position will be working in Annapolis, MD at the United States Naval Academy. The core working hours are 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Various weekends and holidays will be required. Floor Technician Overview:
As a member of the Environmental Services team, the Floor Technician performs routine floor care including, but not limited to, scrubbing, extracting, refinishing, and buffing of floor surfaces while maintaining cleanliness and standard safety protocols.
Responsibilities- Maintains all floors, i.e. stripping, refinishing, and daily maintenance of various floor types and surfaces.

- Optimize documentation, access, and benefit verification
- Reduce cycle time from referral to start of therapy
- Support strategic manufacturer relationships at the field level
This home-based role covering our Southern Los Angeles region and involves up to 60% travel within the territory to build strong relationships and expand business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive IVIG & SPRx growth in your region (Southern California or Washington) by increasing IVIG grams through our pharmacy and qualified specialty pharmacy new starts.
- Partner with Provider Development Directors (PDDs) to co-own target accounts, align on call plans, and support pull-through on high-value therapies.
- Own the \"referral-to-start\" journey for complex IVIG and specialty pharmacy patients-remove barriers, shorten cycle time, and keep cases moving.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, healthcare administration, or related field; or equivalent relevant experience.

Provide high-quality outpatient and inpatient oncology care in Boulder County while enjoying access to outdoor recreation and a vibrant local community.

- Setting: Outpatient clinic and infusion center with inpatient consults at Good Samaritan Hospital
- Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday
- Hours per Week: 40
- Duration: Approximately 5 weeks (April 30, 2026 – June 5, 2026)
- Hourly Pay Rate: $170–$230/hr
Job Requirements / Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school
- Residency training in Oncology, Hematology-Oncology, or related specialty
- Valid license to practice medicine in Colorado (or ability to obtain in advance)
- Board certified or board eligible in Medical Oncology
- Valid DEA license
- BLS or ACLS certification (required upon hire for acute care hospital; within 90 days for ambulatory clinic)
- Minimum 1+ year of clinical experience in oncology or hematology (experience in outpatient infusion and inpatient consults preferred)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and commitment to patient confidentiality
- Compassionate, approachable, responsible, and collaborative team player
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies using history, physical exam, lab and imaging review
- Provide outpatient clinic and infusion care (chemotherapy management, oral oncolytics, treatment planning, managing infusion reactions)
- See approximately 10–14 patients per day in clinic and infusion (clinic appointments begin at 8:30 AM)
- Provide daytime inpatient consults at Good Samaritan Hospital with APP support for follow-up and care coordination
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (APP, nurse navigator, RN, medical assistants, social worker, dietitian, genetics, palliative care, onsite pharmacy and lab)
- Participate in tumor board (Tuesdays) and accreditation or quality meetings as needed
- Document accurately and timely in the medical record to support continuity of care, compliance, and quality initiatives
- Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and constructive feedback to the care team
- Refer and coordinate care with specialty colleagues and community resources as clinically indicated
- Engage in continuous quality improvement efforts focused on patient safety and experience; promote the organization's mission and values
