Under the general supervision of the Manager, Outpatient Community Services will serve as the Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) authorizing Integrated Assessment and Treatment Plans. Will complete thorough review of each document, provide clinical guidance to team members, and ensure compliance with IATP standards. LPHA reviewer provides behavioral health assessment, intervention, and consultation to individuals and/or groups identified as having behavioral health needs, plans treatment modalities, coordinates and follows treatment plans. Will provide crisis evaluation and intervention as needed. The LPHA Reviewer is recognized as a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts under Medicaid Community-Based Mental Health Services Rule 140.

Responsibilities
- Serves as the LPHA for Integrated Assessment and Treatment Plan (IATP) Ensures the IATP is compliant with regulations and best practices
- Provides clinical feedback and guidance to clinicians to ensure medical necessity and diagnosis are supported.
- Ensures appropriate treatment recommendations Ensures completion of risk assessment and appropriate safety planning steps.
- Ensures completion of all required screening and/or assessment tools and utilization of results in treatment planning.
- Completes documentation supporting all activities related to review and authorization of the IATP.
- Performs diagnostic assessments, collects diagnostic information, and determines immediate treatment plan needs with patients.
- Requests medical consultation, where indicated, in a diligent and timely manner.
- Completes treatment plan in conjunction with patient, identifying goals/objectives that are connected to needs identified in the assessment.
- Provides behavioral health therapy to individuals, families and/or groups identified as having behavioral health needs.
- Coordinates with Emergency Response Service and other crisis service teams for clients presenting who may be a danger to self or others.
- Maintains records in accordance with TrilliumPlace policies, as well as state and federal oversight agencies and accreditation agencies including Joint Commission, Medicaid, Medicaid Rehabilitation Option, Illinois Department of Public Health, and Commercial Insurances.
- Acts as a liaison and resource between the community and patient needs; coordinates treatment goals with community agencies, primary care physicians, court system, and managed-care entities.
- May provide supervision to Carle Health clinicians who provide assessment and treatment.
- May supervise counseling or social work students assigned to department.
- Participates in in-service and competency training of students or staff. Prepares special reports as needed on activities, and work group activities.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $29.29per hour - $50.38per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The Engineering Aide III supports engineering teams by applying engineering techniques, assisting with testing and inspections, performing light fabrication, and preparing documentation, reports, and analyses. This role is hands-on and lab-focused, providing essential operational and technical support to enable engineers to efficiently progress projects.
Key Responsibilities

Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on 3D Printing Technician to support daily production across SLS, SLA, LPBF, FDM, and DLS platforms. This role offers technical variety, daily problem-solving, and the opportunity to directly influence part quality, repeatability, and throughput in a dynamic, safety-focused engineering environment. You will work side-by-side with our engineering team to interpret build intent, execute precise machine turnovers, drive reliable post-processing, and continuously improve processes and workflow.
Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
- Prepare, start, and monitor additive manufacturing builds across multiple technologies. (e.g., SLS, LPBF, FDM, SLA, and DLS)
- Post process/finish parts and perform visual inspections against drawings/routers; identify common defects and document findings
- Package parts per site standards; protect, label, and hand off to shipping.
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment and escalate as needed.
- Maintain 5S; manage materials with correct labeling and storage.
- Communicate status/risks early; collaborate with engineers on root cause & prevention.

Basic Duties
The Caterpillar Dealer Service Technology Program is a great opportunity for anyone interested in going to school to learn a skilled trade in a high-demand industry. Students will go through a two-year curriculum where they will rotationally attend Illinois Central College, located in East Peoria, for 8 weeks and then attend an Altorfer branch to complete an 8 week internship. This rotation continues throughout the duration of the program. A few of the courses they will take are Fundamentals of Hydraulics, Caterpillar Engine Fuel Systems, Fundamentals of Electrical Systems, Diagnostic Testing, and Undercarriage/Final Drives.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
This position works in a warehouse/shop environment. May on a continuous basis walk, climb on and off equipment, bend and lift up to 75-100lbs. May be required to wear appropriate safety equipment (IE- Safety glasses or side shields) when needed. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. May intermittently sit at a desk for a period of time to answer telephone and write or use a keyboard to communicate through email. Must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Duties Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the supervising physicians in the Non-Invasive Cardiology Lab, prepares patient for examination, performs all 2-dimensional echoes, M-mode and Doppler studies.
- Prepare preliminary interpretation of those studies.
- Prepare and maintain records patient to echo studies.
- Assist supervising physicians with the training of residents, fellows, faculty and other physicians.
- Knowledge of multiple echocardiography platforms and technology.
- Ability to read, interprets, apply, and or follow physicians orders, policies, procedures, or written and verbal instructions.
