The successful candidate will work closely with the General Counsel and senior leadership, partnering with teams across Finance, Investor Relations, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Technical Operations, and HR, and coordinating with external counsel as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Securities & Corporate Governance
- Assist in the preparation and review of SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, and Section 16 filings.
- Partner with Finance and Investor Relations to support the company’s disclosure processes, planning and drafting, including for earnings releases, investor presentations, and proxy materials.

- Provide legal support on issues arising throughout the drug development lifecycle, including regulatory, operational, and compliance considerations.

Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Key Responsibilities:
*Ensure that ticket queues are managed effectively and provide technical support to clients.
*Drive service improvements and provide best practice incident management of issues impacting our customer base through to resolution, including escalation within the business & communication to clients.
*Contributes towards the driving of processes and procedures.
*To analyze the existing hardware, software, and network capabilities and consult with management and other relevant departments.
*Supports external and internal clients by investigating complex issues, configuration, compliance, and functionality issues that have been escalated from external and internal clients
*Documents research, client communication, and issue resolution in technical support tools
*Support operations troubleshooting PC, peripheral, and network issues.
*Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, status actions items, respond to changing priorities, and react to short deadlines.
*Creating and maintaining user self-help documentation, technical documentation and procedural documentation.
*Excellent customer service, written and oral skills.
*Self-motivated and goal driven, with the ability to multitask and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
*Responsible for assuring users are provided efficient and timely first and second level support on a 24x7 basis.
Knowledge:
*Good knowledge of, and adherence to, company internal systems and processes
*Knowledge of Windows Desktop applications; various operating systems such as
*Windows 7 and 8; Windows 10 and 11 as well as Server 2008 R2 and Server 2012R2 are a plus.
*Knowledge of software applications and basic hardware for the PC.
*Knowledge and demonstrated expertise with the management and support of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure and InTune MDM.

Essential Skills:
5 - 8 Years of Software Development experience working in Agile SDLC, Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science
C/C++, Golang, Win 32/Storage API, Windows/Linux/Unix Programming, experience in Windows, Linux, Aix operating systems, Systems Programming, Networking, File systems and block layers
Strong understanding of CPU architecture, Multi-Threaded Environments, Concurrency Databases, Storage Technologies, stack and I/O data path, hands on exposure with AI technologies and proficient usage of AI tools for all facets of SDLC
Experience in Data Protection domain, Scalable Architecture, virtualization platforms like ESXI, Hyper-V and other hypervisors, excellent code detective and root cause analysis skills on a variety of platforms and languages
Experience in feature requirements, development and design of applications which interact closely with business, excellent problem solving & multi-tasking skills
Quality first mindset and attitude to take full ownership of the delivery from development to unit tests to end-to-end tests, should model behaviours to be adaptable to pick up new technologies and stay curious to drive innovation, profiling and Benchmarking techniques, good communication and technical leadership abilities to communicate the design effectively and mentor junior engineers
Desired Skill:
Experience in Operating system Clusters, Databases clusters, experience with Device drivers, and system architecture such as SCSI, cache, and message subsystem
Knowledge of AI/ML, GenAI and prompt engineering, knowledge of cloud application security & gateways
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $150k - $194k.
