Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years of administrative or executive support experience, preferably in a foundation, nonprofit, or mission‑driven environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and experience managing calendars across multiple time zones.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
• Experience coordinating meetings, events, and travel logistics with high attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.

Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager with experience in interior construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate installations from planning through completion.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
• Conduct project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Review contracts and process change orders accurately.
• Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Perform site visits and identify punch list items.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.

Compensation, Bonus & Benefits

• Base Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 (depending on experience and education)
• Bonuses:

This position will serve as a key technical leader and cross-functional partner, driving ERP performance, data integrity, and process efficiency across the organization. The role is fully on-site in Baltimore, MD.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive business process analysis to identify ERP system enhancements that support manufacturing, finance, and operational objectives.

Qualifications

What You Need:

• Deep working knowledge of ITAR, EAR, U.S. Customs regulations, OFAC, and preferably non U.S. export control regimes; experience with Harmonized Systems (HS) classifications a strong plus.
• Ability to interpret complex regulations and write clear reports, procedures, and business communications.
