The Warehouse Management Specialist (WMS) is responsible for supporting production and processing with the flow of raw materials and packaging through the facility. They will do this by verifying operator documentation, controlling losses, maintaining inventory accuracy and continuous cycle counting.

  • Responsible for all aspects of food safety and quality, as applicable and defined in plant and department procedures.

  • File Management of OCS and batching sheets to provide support and assist with traceability audits.
  • Assist production and warehouse in making any corrections to quantities for produced finished goods pallets.
  • Perform various work investigations, solve problems, collect data and complete work assignments as needed.
  • Ensure physical counts of raw materials for inventory control take place and any necessary adjustments to include STO/COGI are completed timely.
  • Assist operators with all WMS issues; schedule changes to meet demands, current tasks, relocations, etc.
  • Manage the inventory and disposal of obsolete materials.

  • Oversee daily management of consumer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through phone, email, digital channels
  • Ensure timely, accurate, respectful, and brand aligned responses to all consumer contacts
  • Maintain Lactalis standards for response times and issue resolution
  • Monitor accuracy of the CR database and of consumer feedback reports
  • Partner with Legal and Regulatory Teams to handle complex and escalated consumer complaints for all Lactalis US divisions
  • Analyze and report product issues and consumer feedback trends for all the Lactalis US divisions
  • Oversee CR protocols for dealing with "consumer threats" and "product emergencies", working closely with all Lactalis US divisions Legal, Crisis Management, Quality Assurance, and Communications Leads
  • Oversee communications to consumers. Work closely with each Lactalis US division Quality Assurance, Marketing and Regulatory to prepare standard responses and product talking points, and update them on a regular basis
  • Attend and participate in business meetings, and contribute to work objectives
  • Support products, marketing programs and company initiatives. Understand and communicate product features and benefits, key business practices, and subjects at the heart of the company's mission
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities

The incumbent is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of Lactalis USA consumer call centers in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

The Machine Operator will be responsible for all operational activities related to safety, product safety, line efficiency, performance and ingredient usage of the assigned production line.


From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Responsible for personal and personnel safety for the assign production line and make recommendations for improvements to supervision.
  • Responsible for the product quality of the assigned line, to include ensuring that all components used in the process match our Stonyfield standard (correct white mass, fruit dosing flavor injection, cups, lids, cup code, box code)
  • Responsible for monitoring the weight control, line checks, changeovers, start up, shutdown and other process at the line.
  • Responsible to ensure Stonyfield products are aligned with specification, making adjustments when needed and reporting any deviations to maintenance and supervision.
  • Responsible for ensuring the housekeeping, General Manufacturing Practice compliance, and respect for the zoning for the assigned production line.
  • Responsible to ensure all containers used in the production process have proper labels to be in compliance
  • Responsible for the Clean in Place (CIP) of the assigned production line, ensuring high level of sanitation is performed and working to stay within CIP expected timeframe allotted for the assigned line.
  • Responsible to ensure operator control sheets have accurate information related to the fruit and flavor consumption for each SKU run.
  • Being able to deal with changes in the work environment, being an active contributor to positive changes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
