This is a great opportunity for someone who excels in dealing with people and is interested in working within a luxury retail environment. We will fully train on all aspects of fine jewelry and luxury timepieces. This position supports our retail sales team through all aspects of our customer life-cycle, from the initial sales transaction to on-going repair and service, and plays a key role in ensuring accurate inventory management. THE POSITION IN A NUTSHELL
Sciens Building Solutions is seeking an Associate Fire Sprinkler Inspector to provide inspection and maintenance capabilities. This position will work closely with our sales team, field project teams, and clients to ensure our customers’ systems are inspected and maintained in a code-compliant manner. This is a key position for our growing team and requires attention to detail in all aspects of executing projects. Customer and employee interface requires a high degree of effective human relations. Communication skills, both verbal and written, are important elements of the position.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (and doing well!)
- Assist in reviewing system layouts and coordinating with the systems and service departments for successful project execution.
- Follows all safety protocols and effectively uses/operates common hand tools and equipment.
- Removes sprinkler heads using the appropriate tools and equipment.
- Produce field surveys and daily project activity logs.
- Assist with inspecting and maintaining fire sprinkler systems.
- Produce detailed inspection and deficiency reports in accordance with NFPA.

The Role: Make an Impact
The Supply Chain Overages, Shorts, and Damages (OS&D) Intern will review all business OS&D and compliance incidents, manage documentation required for logistics claims and deduction refutations, and determine root causes in a timely manner. The role will include data validation, tracking, reporting, and communication. Additionally, this role will collaborate with teams across Supply Chain, Finance, and Trade to align duties with the company's goals and values. The Supply Chain OS&D Intern will report to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Operational Excellence.

- Review OS&D incidents and customer compliance charges; log them accurately in tracking systems.
- Provide proper documentation to the business logistics team for claim management with carriers and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
- Serve as the supply chain point of contact with the business logistics team to acquire proof of delivery as needed.
- Review and analyze customer deductions related to supply chain and logistics requirements; provide documentation to the Finance and Sales teams for invalid deductions.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will:
- Meet with homeowners who are actively seeking guidance. No cold calls or door-to-door sales.
- Conduct in-home evaluations to uncover needs and recommend the right solutions.
- Provide an exceptional, educational experience that empowers homeowners to make informed decisions.
- Generate success by closing sales that genuinely improve and protect homes.
- Start with paid training, then transition into a performance-driven, commission-based role with no cap on earnings.
Outside Sales Representative Requirements:
- A people-person who connects easily and earns trust through genuine conversations.
- Self-motivated, energized by goals, momentum, and a dynamic workday.
- Organized and accountable, while remaining adaptable in customer-facing situations.
- Passionate and motivated by making a real impact for homeowners in a meaningful industry.
- Ability to travel to Hudson, NH for training; company vehicle provided after training.
