Manage all phases of the litigation process including investigation, pleadings, discovery, depositions, negotiations, witness preparation, trial, and post-trial proceedings.
2.
Handle complex commercial litigation, white collar defense, and investigations.
3.
Provide counsel and advice on consumer protection, advertising, employment, entertainment, and financial services litigation.
4.
Advocate for clients in intellectual property and patent litigation cases.
5.
Conduct extensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
6.
Draft and review pleadings, motions, and briefs.
7.
Conduct and manage discovery, including taking and defending depositions.
8.
Conduct witness interviews and prepare witnesses for trial.
9.
Collaborate with a team of attorneys and staff to achieve the best possible results for clients.
10.
Maintain clear and concise communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
Qualifications: 1.
Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2.
Admitted to practice law in CA state.
3.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in litigation with a focus on commercial litigation, white collar defense, and investigations.
4.
Experience in consumer protection, advertising, employment, entertainment, and financial services litigation a plus 5.
Experience in intellectual property and patent litigation.
6.
Proficient in all aspects of the discovery process and trial preparation, including conducting depositions and witness interviews.
7.
Exceptional drafting skills with experience drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
8.
Prior experience as a judicial law clerk or law clerk is preferred.
9.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
10.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
11.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
12.
Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
13.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
