The Medical Information Specialist is a contract role supporting day to day Medical Information (MI) including Medical Review Committee (MRC) responsibilities. This role coordinates cross functional review activities, tracks MI projects and deliverables, and supports timely, compliant content review and approval. The Specialist works closely with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory stakeholders to manage workflows, support system operations, and assist with inspection readiness while driving efficient and consistent MI processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage content submissions, routing, version control, and approvals in Veeva
• Coordinate MRC schedules, agendas, meetings, and reviewer follow up
• Track MRC and MI timelines; identify and escalate risks or delays
• Maintain MI trackers (content updates, inquiries, escalations, project status)
• Collect and report MI/MRC metrics (cycle time, volumes, trends)
• Support MI content lifecycle (FAQs, standard responses, scientific content)
• Maintain MI SharePoint/team sites, support portal or website updates
• Support SOPs, templates, training materials, and workflow training
• Assist with audit and inspection readiness documentation
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Support MM launch readiness and post-launch MI activities
• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance MRC and MI efficiency
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation of MI-related tools or process enhancements
Qualifications
• Bachelors or advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, healthcare, project management, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in Medical Information, medical content review, or pharmaceutical project management
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault (PromoMats, MedComms, or similar modules) or comparable content management systems
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills

We are seeking a Lead Space Survivability/Radiation Effects Engineer to support natural and man-made radiation environment-related tasks at the piecepart, unit, and system levels through all satellite program phases in El Segundo, California.
The successful candidate will interface with all technical disciplines in a team environment to trade factors such as survivability, cost, weight, and technical risk in arriving at the final design.
Primary Responsibilities: Lead total ionizing dose (TID) and single event effects (SEE) part and technology characterization and qualification efforts, including in-house laser SEE testing as well as heavy-ion and proton beam testing at national laboratory facilities.
Interface with program office representatives and system engineers representing other disciplines to ensure that radiation-related concerns are adequately addressed.
Develop and flow appropriate unit and system level requirements in early program stages.

Perform and document unit and vehicle level analyses.

As an Electrical Power Systems Engineer you will cover spacecraft production, integration and test on second shift as representative of design engineering team across range of programs and projects. Your primary task will be dispositioning and root causing non conformances and issues as they come up, secondary tasking will be design based leveraging your experience with the integration and test. You will work closely with technicians, integration and test engineers as well as the design engineering team to foster a deep understanding of spacecraft design and subsystems, sharpening your skills and being a technical expert in your field.
This position's internal job code is Elect Design and Analysis. Our team is currently hiring for the Levels 2-3.
This position requires the ability to work second shift (3:30pm - 1:00am).
Position Responsibilities:
- Perform root cause analysis for non conformances in system level functional and environmental testing
- Disposition non conformances, design tests and design changes to meet design requirements
- Review and approve production work instructions
- Perform spacecraft Electrical Power subsystem EPS design and analysis at the spacecraft level, including interfaces with other subsystems
- Support battery, solar array, and electronics design
- Brief design and analysis materials to program managers, customers, and/or sponsors
- Support system level functional and environmental testing
Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements:
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance. for which the US Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A final U.S. Top Secret security clearance is required post start.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelors Degree in electrical, computer, or other relevant engineering discipline
- 3 or more years experience in the design, development, analysis, implementation, testing, and/or operation of spacecraft power systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with high-reliability automotive or aerospace electronics
- Experience with mitigation of space radiation effects on microelectronics
- Experience in MATLAB
- Experience with hardware design tools such as Altium, EAGLE, OrCad, Allegro, DxDesigner, or PADS
- History of working independently to root cause discrepancies during spacecraft integration and test
