Your Tasks
- Coordinate certification projects from initiation through first factory inspection, including tracking file numbers, service agreements, and inspection cycles.
- Monitor annual and quarterly follow‑up service schedules, proactively identifying upcoming renewals, missed inspections, and potential compliance risks.

Additional Information
- The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $65,000 - 75,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. Job Overview:
This is a challenging opportunity that involves complete assembly, disassembly, test set up, adjustment, and inspection of aircraft engines and major components in accordance with assembly, test or engineering instructions, specifications, and drawings. About the RoleWe are looking for an Event Coordination Specialist for a full-time position located in Lexington, MA, to support our successful and expanding business during our next growth phase.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
