Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of commercial legal issues.

Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting the company, advising on potential impacts and compliance strategies.

Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active membership in good standing with NY State Bar.
