The base hourly range for this role is between $21.00 and $23.00. Daily Drills is seeking a Head of Production to own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial concept and assortment strategy through product development, launch, and post-launch performance. This role is for a strategic, production leader who thrives on full accountability, operational excellence, and brand impact. You will also manage and grow the production team, guiding their development and ensuring smooth execution across bi-weekly collections and seasonal launches. Product Planning & Production Calendar
- Lead all product planning and execution, including bi-weekly collections, seasonal core launches, and Friday Surprise & Delights.
- Maintain and drive the master production calendar, coordinating cross-functional deadlines, purchase orders, and inventory buys to guarantee timely launches.
- Manage the entire product journey—from initial ideation, concept development, and storyboarding to sample creation, approvals, production, and final launch.

THE PURPOSE:
The Specialist, Sales Operations – International serves as the operational lead and right-hand partner to the Sales Operations Manager, supporting the strategic execution of international wholesale operations. This role owns end-to-end order management, drives cross-functional coordination, and proactively identifies risks and opportunities to maximize revenue, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
THE ROLE:
- Manage end-to-end order processing for international wholesale and distributor accounts from order entry through final shipment
- Serve as a primary operational point of contact for Sales, customers, and cross-functional partners

- Run and analyze forecast, fulfillment, and risk reports to support revenue targets and planning decisions

- Assess financial and operational risk within the order base, including RTVs, swaps, cancellations, defects, and dilution targets, and recommend action plans
- Oversee inventory allocation and transfers across multiple virtual and physical warehouses to optimize fulfillment
- Manage customer portals end-to-end, including PO validation, ASN issuance, labeling, compliance documentation, and ongoing requirements
- Drive weekly and ad hoc reporting to cross-functional stakeholders with clear insights and recommendations
- Act as a key operational partner to multiple domestic and international distribution centers
- Provide guidance, troubleshooting, and escalation support for complex operational issues

- Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $72,000 - $80,000 annually. This is a full-time, exempt position. This range represents the low and high end of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consulting Physical Therapist / RPT to join our dynamic healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert physical therapy services to patients, consulting with healthcare teams, and contributing to the development and implementation of innovative physical therapy programs. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a passion for promoting health and wellness, and a track record of clinical excellence.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to understand their physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
2. Provide expert physical therapy services, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and education on physical health and wellness.
3. Consult with healthcare teams to provide insights and recommendations on physical therapy treatments and programs.
4. Develop and implement innovative physical therapy programs to improve patient outcomes and enhance service delivery.
5. Continually monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.
6. Maintain accurate and timely patient records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and discharge summaries.
7. Stay abreast of the latest developments in physical therapy and incorporate new knowledge into clinical practice.
8. Provide training and mentoring to junior physical therapists and other healthcare staff as required.
9. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of physical therapy services.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
2. Current and valid licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist (RPT).
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing physical therapist, with a focus on consulting roles within the healthcare industry.
4. Demonstrated expertise in a wide range of physical therapy techniques and approaches.
5. Strong knowledge of the principles and practices of physical therapy program development and implementation.
6. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse healthcare teams.
7. Proven ability to assess patient needs, develop effective treatment plans, and deliver high-quality physical therapy services.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound clinical decisions.
9. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
10. Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining current knowledge of best practices in physical therapy.
11. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
