THE PURPOSE:
The Specialist, Sales Operations – International serves as the operational lead and right-hand partner to the Sales Operations Manager, supporting the strategic execution of international wholesale operations. This role owns end-to-end order management, drives cross-functional coordination, and proactively identifies risks and opportunities to maximize revenue, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
THE ROLE:
- Manage end-to-end order processing for international wholesale and distributor accounts from order entry through final shipment
- Serve as a primary operational point of contact for Sales, customers, and cross-functional partners
- Drive daily communication with customers and Sales to address inventory needs, order changes, and account maintenance
- Run and analyze forecast, fulfillment, and risk reports to support revenue targets and planning decisions
- Partner with Planning to align inventory supply and demand and proactively flag risks and mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with Logistics, Production, and DC teams to ensure timely, compliant shipments aligned with customer guides and requirements
- Assess financial and operational risk within the order base, including RTVs, swaps, cancellations, defects, and dilution targets, and recommend action plans
- Oversee inventory allocation and transfers across multiple virtual and physical warehouses to optimize fulfillment
- Manage customer portals end-to-end, including PO validation, ASN issuance, labeling, compliance documentation, and ongoing requirements
- Drive weekly and ad hoc reporting to cross-functional stakeholders with clear insights and recommendations
- Act as a key operational partner to multiple domestic and international distribution centers
- Provide guidance, troubleshooting, and escalation support for complex operational issues
- Support data entry and transactional work as needed during peak periods
YOU ARE:

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, wholesale operations, or international operations
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Deep understanding of wholesale, EDI, allocation, and account management processes
- Proven experience managing customer portals and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex workflows
- Experience running, analyzing, and presenting operational reports
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience supporting or scaling international wholesale businesses
- Experience working with major customer portals (e.g., Amazon, Urban Outfitters, department stores)

ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION:
- Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $72,000 - $80,000 annually. This is a full-time, exempt position. This range represents the low and high end of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. True Religion reasonably expects to pay within this range in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity.

- Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms

Qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform all elements of litigation case management, including file management, case calendaring, discovery, and trial activities.
- Utilize existing systems and procedures and/or establish new procedures to facilitate the organization and retrieval of documents by and for the attorneys on the case team.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Imports Coordinator to manage international shipments from origin through final delivery. This role is responsible for overseeing freight forwarding, customs clearance, duties management, and cost control across our vendor and distribution network.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, track, and document the movement of goods from point of origin through final delivery
- Partner with customs brokers to ensure timely and compliant customs clearance
- Provide accurate product classifications (HTS codes) to support customs entry filings
- Prepare, review, and submit required documentation to regulatory agencies in accordance with applicable customs laws and regulations
- Verify the accuracy of commercial invoices, shipping documents, and freight charges

FUNCTIONAL PURPOSE:
Performs Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) dispute resolution through pre-complaint counseling/processing and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) activities within any specified geographic areas.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Processes a pre-complaint caseload to ensure adherence to all Postal Service and EEOC rules, regulations and policies governing the Federal Sector EEO Complaint process. Ensures confidentiality in all matters.
2. Maintains knowledge of EEO laws, regulations, policy updates, and changes to provide guidance and direction to counselee and management.
3. Reviews written complaints and conducts interviews with counselee to explain his/her rights and responsibilities and options in the EEO process, determine claims and basis(es) raised, determines the appropriate ADR activity (e.g., mediation), and provides written notice of rights and responsibilities.
4. Conducts meetings with management to obtain response to claims raised and provides documentation and required information to process the case if a formal complaint is filed.
5. Takes actions to resolve disputes when appropriate by initiating settlement discussions, scheduling REDRESS mediations, 650 mediations, arranging joint meetings and/or determining if the matter is being addressed in the grievance process.
6. Prepares written reports to document that the required counseling actions were taken and to resolve any jurisdictional questions that arise.
7. Implements proactive preventive strategies to improve the workplace environment including conducting trainings, mediator observations and assessments; meeting with area and district leadership, and with union representatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of statutes, regulations, and administrative procedures pertaining to equal employment opportunity (EEO) complaints and appeals handled by the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB).
- Knowledge of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) techniques sufficient to monitor and evaluate contract ADR providers.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
- Research, gather, and compile data for the preparation of cases, legal documents, case authorities, and legal citations to assist attorneys.

- Prepare and manage subpoenas and other hearing preparation documents

REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3-5+ years of civil litigation experience in a law firm
- Bachelor's Degree and/or ABA Paralegal Certificate

Requirements:

- Solid understanding of California and federal court rules and employment law procedures
