• Oversee Integration with Customer Systems: Design and implement solutions that seamlessly connect with customer systems, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
• Drive Product Delivery Excellence: Lead the delivery of high-quality, innovative products within defined timelines and budgets.
• Customer Engagement: Lead technical demos, solution walkthroughs, and requirements discussions with customers to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Mentor Engineering Leads: Coach and guide engineering leads to uphold standards of engineering excellence, maintainability, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate from a renowned and accredited institution
• Proven growth journey from developer to leadership in fast-paced IT product companies
• Strong understanding of technology, business, and client dynamics
• Track record of defining technical strategy, architecting scalable solutions, and leading successful product delivery
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their healthcare applications preferred
• Experience building and leading high-performing technical teams
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong business acumen and customer-centric mindset
• Proven ability to manage details and balance multiple projects
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Domain knowledge of healthcare data
• Experience with large-scale customer management, NoSQL, Kafka, big data systems, and microservices preferred
• Good understanding of Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Kanban PM tools.
• Exposure to infrastructure and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Some knowledge and experience in AI/ML
• PMP and agile certification preferred
• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
