Your Role
As an Attorney in our General Liability practice group, you will play an integral role in the success of our cases, clients, and the firm. Your responsibilities include:
- Legal Research and Writing: Conducts thorough legal research and drafts pleadings, motions, , and other documents under the guidance of senior attorneys or partners.
- Case Preparation: Assists in preparing cases for hearings, trials, mediations, and depositions, ensuring all documentation and evidence are organized and complete.
- Client Communication: Maintains communication with clients to provide updates, gather information, and address concerns, ensuring a professional and responsive relationship.

Health Plan Coding Contractor (Dental & Vision Experience Preferred)

Overview
We are seeking two Health Plan Coding Contractors to support backend medical benefit configuration and coding for health plan implementations. One of the roles requires specific experience in dental and vision coding.
These contractors will work closely with internal operations teams and implementation stakeholders to build, configure, and maintain accurate benefit structures within a health plan platform. The work involves handling protected health information (PHI), reviewing plan documents, and translating benefit details into coded system configurations.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment with operational leaders while also managing technical coding responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities
Health Plan Coding & Configuration
- Perform backend medical benefit coding and configuration within the claims adjudication system.
- Translate complex plan documentation such as Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) and Evidence of Coverage (EOC) into accurate system configurations.
- Support the build and implementation of member benefits based on plan documentation and contractual agreements.

This role requires managing multiple functions while maintaining strong relationships with PWM Sales teams, counterparties, and vendors. The Analyst is expected to meet strict deadlines, comply with industry regulations, and proactively escalate issues to minimize financial, reputational, and regulatory risk.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate account transfer requests to move client assets into and out of the firm.

We are seeking a Tier 2 Technical Support Analyst to support an internal IT Service Desk team during a large Windows 11 migration project. This role will focus on end-user support, workstation provisioning, and ticket resolution in a Windows enterprise environment.
This is a hands-on support role for someone with 2–3 years of IT service desk or desktop support experience who enjoys troubleshooting user issues, working directly with employees, and helping deploy new hardware.
This is a 12-month on-site contract position supporting internal users and device rollouts.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for end users in a Windows environment.
- Handle phone-based support and ticket requests through the service desk.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 desktop and laptop issues including hardware, software, and connectivity.

This includes monitoring, securing, and optimizing OT infrastructure such as SCADA systems, HMIs, PLC networks, and industrial control systems (ICS) to ensure uninterrupted production and compliance with cybersecurity best practices.
The key responsibilities of an OT System Administrator include:
- Administer and support OT systems including SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, RTUs, and DCS within government-operated facilities

The Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) Directorate is a multi-discipline organization responsible for developing test solutions for all Raytheon products. Our engineers are responsible for all elements of the development lifecycle for test.

As a Corporate Account Manager dedicated to the western US region, you will play a key role in strengthening our presence, building strong relationships with strategic customers, and identifying opportunities where our solutions can create real value.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Corporate Accounts, your responsibilities will be to:
- Conduct in-depth discussions and assessments to align our products and demonstrate value with the unique requirements of each customer
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within prospective customer organizations
- Leverage the network and industry knowledge to establish trust and credibility
- Facilitate deployment of InnovMetric’s Metrology and Collaborative Suite products
- Identify new applications at existing customer sites to create new sales opportunities
- Perform basic software demonstrations
- Assist customers in software evaluations
- Collect the customer wish list and feed it to our development team
- This is a remote position with up to 50% travel expected.
Qualifications
- Have experience and a good understanding of manufacturing environment, processes, part inspection, GD&T, 2D print reading, and CAD
- Have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales and account management (particularly with high-technology products)
- Be able to understand and convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrate a proven consultative sales approach and willingness to help users
- Show strong prospecting skills and ability to self-generate leads
- Be able to speak confidently to small and large groups (e.g., seminars, trade-show presentations)
- Show autonomy, leadership, discernment, initiative, and determination
- Have the desire to learn about our software and our industry Be a strong team player who demonstrates enthusiasm and excellent listening skills
- All other experience in 3D metrology or excellent knowledge of PolyWorks will be considered as an asset

- Support field testing and occasional travel for durations typically for a one- or two-week duration.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Hardware Systems Integration experience, with preference for integration on military platforms
- Experience with the use of lab/field test equipment
- Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

- Platform Integration and/or Flight Test experience
- Experience supporting field tests, or systems deployed in the field
