SUMMARY: The Operations Lead is responsible for end-to-end production performance within the manufacturing cell.

This role owns production execution, customer communication, KPI performance, staffing strategy, and material flow to ensure delivery, quality, and safety objectives are consistently met.

This position serves as the primary operational liaison between the site and drives accountability across production, materials, and support functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Production & Schedule Ownership Lead daily production activities to meet schedule, quality, and output requirements.
